Recent days, ETH network is suppressing a huge flooding transactions from the Crypto Kitties app.
If you want your transaction be confirmed quicker, please set the gas price above 40 Gwei (60 Gwei recommended) and gas limit about 120000 (total about 1$/transaction and its worth that).
*Note: if the current transaction is pending, you can make another transaction with same output (address, amount). Just  increase gas price and gas limit. It will replace your current pending transaction because they have the same nonce.
