It took awhile. Takes a lot of contemplation and discrimination. Plus experiences, nothing beats that. You know what you love by going through all those things that you don't. Even now I cannot still fully say I do everything that I love. It will just unfold.

It happens to me when I lost interest in one goal. But I always set new ones. Leave the old ones behind that no longer serve you.

Money should serve us. 

Reading lots of books mostly Fiction and playing the guitar.

Been thinking as well to try this IF diet. Just been trying to educate myself on low carbs too. But maybe IF will help to lose some weight.

Relaxation or meditation will help.

Bitcoin itself is good. How you use it remains to be seen if for good or evil.
