Alternative to PoS and PoW or any existing concensus mechanism

We need new idea now. Not PoW or PoS. Both are not sustainable. We need to have something where certain number of miners are randomly selected and grouped together in a group and rewarded for each block. Then for next block reward another random group needs to be created. So, chances are always there for one to get rewarded.  Kiss Kiss Kiss Kiss
