Bittrex has stopped deposit\withdrawal of STRAT until situation clears.

STRAT chain was forked. The REAL dump occures on this bad news. Now it's not clear if we have a working blockchain or not.

There is a problem with Vaultex.io exchange.
I bought nearly 1500 FAIR yesterday and made a withdrawal.
My FAIRs just lost. TXid bbf5b4207d941299697aeeba2c59d9ac3699d455a3d0aa21803f54afd791a48f - not found on the blockchain.
Seems that we have to exclude this exchange from the list of working exchanges.

Can anybody tell me how minting works?
I had 73498 FAIR total in my wallet (recovered from Mintpal v1) divided by 2 transactions (50 000 + 23 498).
After 24 days (why 24?) the 50k part of my balance became "transaction is mature".
Today they minted 88 FAIR (why 88?) and 206 FAIR (why 206?) in a few hours. After that there appeared two new transactions for every old transaction in the minting view. Old ones were divided by 2 and there are now 4 transactions (25103, 25103, 11793, 11793).
And they are all zero age!
I have to wait for 24 days again to mint something else?

I can't understand what's happening.
1. I transferred my NRS from Cryptsy to local wallet yesterday.
2. Snapshot was taken.
3. Now I can transfer my "old" NRS back to Cryptsy and sell them to poor people who don't know about NRS+NRB merge?
4. I will recieve some "new" NRS when the new blockchain will be started?
...
PROFIT?!
