i have the same problem last night. Changed drivers used the ones listed in the GOOD in the 1st page. After that its back running and mining.
can anyone help me. after updating drivers this is what i got no effect hashrate fluctuates. restored previous driver but no effect

Your rom allowed 4x Sapphire Nitro 480 8GB reach 29.3MH/s (Micron).
I tweaked the settings a bit, but I mostly needed the straps as PBE wouldn't work.
1100 GPU/1000 mV
2050 Memory/1000 mV
Fan minimum 50% makes them run smooth.

getting problems with my MSI cards, one chip does not hash on both cards that i have and other chip gets around 100h/s

on the new 12.2 revision. my r9-280x dropped hashrate by 100h/s. tried to revert version but to no avail. i will try to reformat later

Try modifying -a 0
and

set GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT=100
I've been studying for days and there are many thing that you can try like the driver version (remember to use amdcleanuputility) and the OS ver.
my problem is different.. my hashrate drops after few minutes.
newly started starts @269 but after 3 minutes it drops to 210
rx480 8gb ref card
