Re: Is it over for Binance IEO?
by
andika2018
on 08/11/2020, 00:46:11 UTC
Binance has been a leading force with respect to initial exchange offering (IEO) evidenced by its extraordinary success in raising funds for crypto startupa via its Launchpad. The likes of Gifto, Bread, BitTorent, Fetch.Ai, Celer Network, Elrond, Perlin, Kava, Injective Protocol have successfully met their funding goals via Binance IEO.

My concern, however, is in the performance of its recent IEOs such as thoseof Injective Protocol(INJ) and Axie Infinity (AXS). In the past, investors are often certain of getting almost ×10 of their capital once the token is launched after IEO but these two tokens hardly did ×2 of their IEO price. Does it mean that the Binance Effect is already waning or has weakened?

AXS was sold at $0.1 at IEO price but only breezed to $0.29 briefly while INJ sold at $0.4 managed to hit $1.49 as its brief ATH. These results are unlike Binance's past IEOs which made investors jostle to get in to the launchpad.

Do you think that it the end of Binance IEO has come or the exchange would rediscover its earlier form?

Let me know your opinion.

Both projects are still rising in price and provide benefits to investors or IEO participants. Binance's IEO is still a favorite for many investors and evidence still needs to be lotteryed to become a participant.

Re: FILECOIN, biggest ico ever!

https://www.coindesk.com/200-million-60-minutes-filecoin-ico-rockets-record-amid-tech-issues/

Update on filecoin. The biggest ICO ever!

I started to listen about it by Cedric Dahl oh his youtube channel. It could be one of the future leader in the crypto mcap ranking.

here is a good point of view about the ico and the potential and risk of this coin.

Now we have just to wait it on exchanges to see if it will drop a bit under the ico price as other big ICO have done  Grin Grin

Filecoin does have good potential going forward, prices on the exchange are currently quite high. Listed on 35 exchanges. But after the ICO is over, of course there will be price changes, drops. However I think it will get better soon even though the price drops.

Filecoin is listing on many major exchangers and this shows that this project is quite good and has long term prospects. Looking at the attractive price movements and also the large volume of transactions, I think that Filecoin still has room to continue to grow and be profitable.

Re: Chinese Authorities Confiscating miners
by
andika2018
on 27/12/2019, 04:10:27 UTC
Chinese authorities have seized nearly 7000 crypto mining machines that are illegally consuming electric power, really hope this won't affect bitcoin in any way? And why are people doing this? Prove of staking is a better option and no one will ever know you are mining anything, i am not saying POW miners are bad but illegally? Come on! It's not worth taking such risk when they know they can be caught, they can earn same profits from Staking

Full news is right here
https://cointelegraph.com/news/chinese-authorities-confiscate-nearly-7-000-crypto-mining-machines

Any government will confiscate mining equipment if the electricity used is stolen electricity. I think the Chinese Government is acting appropriately and rightfully so because it is to protect other industries and China has never banned crypto mining activities.

Re: Is Bitcoin Cash the real Bitcoin?
by
andika2018
on 27/12/2019, 04:06:57 UTC
Bitcoin will remain a Bitcoin and be an asset that is trusted by investors. If Bitcoin cash is real Bitcoin, then the price should not be as it is now and this shows that investors trust Bitcoin more. New and old investors will definitely prefer Bitcoin over Bitcoin cash and I think this is reasonable because Bitcoin has been proven from the very beginning.

Re: The biggest crypto fraud of all time
by

For that I feel more secure to invest in dibitcoin only, especially with a long period of time. Because we know that no one is able to stop bitcoin. It's different if we invest in altcoin where someone can make the coins to ashes. If I were going to invest in altcoin, surely those were the best coins and would not hold them for a long time. I have also been trapped in a ponzi scheme for that I always ensure security for my investment.

Bitcoin will always be the most important investment choice for investors in the cryptocurrency market. But in my opinion some altcoins also have good prospects because some altcoins show the development of products that can be a trigger for adoption.

Re: My Points Why Crypto Future Will Be Totally Unstoppable
by
andika2018
on 25/12/2019, 03:05:46 UTC
2019 is finally coming to an end, i can't help but keep thinking that huge money will flow into crypto world soon, here are few reasons to back my claim

1. Banks are very slow in their reaction towards virtual currencies yet by now over 70% of central banks around the world are looking into crypto.

2. Major changes will surely rise because bigger transnational organizations are showing interest in crypto.

3. China is really leading the way with their upcoming owned central bank digital currency (CBDC) which will be the first of its kind.

4. To add to this list of mine i read somewhere that Mark Zuckerberg is pointing out to China as the reasons why U.S should act quickly in regard to crypto, he personally believes that U.S needs to see more progress with cryptocurrencies.

Honestly i believe Libra is supposed to bring a new huge changes to the world of international transactions but who can predict what will happen about Libra? Because Bitcoin is still the mother of all cryptocurrencies and Libra still relies on fiat currencies as underlying assets. Bitcoin is decentralized and other crypto assets with their own use cases and purposes will likely keep existing side by side of bitcoin. Wrong? Or Right? Drop me your points

I agree that cryptocurrency has good prospects in the future. Blockchain technology has been proven as a technology that is safe and can also streamline costs. Some countries have also allowed transactions using cryptocurrency even though regulations are still being debated.

Re: Altcoins getting delisted
by
andika2018
on 25/12/2019, 03:01:37 UTC
Hi guys i read on the news that major few exchanges are delisting some altcoins that falls to keep up due to present bear market, for example poloniex exchange is delisting Omni and primecoin and others, what do you have to share about this?

Some are saying its good to invest in old coins now few old coins are dying, I believe they've met the end of their roadmap, no more excitement about them, this is why i still feels that newer coins will take the bigger advantage of future greenish market, what do you think?

New projects are not guaranteed to last long. There are several projects that were launched in 2018 and now do not have transaction volumes and many of them have transactions under $ 1000 per day. Altcoin like this in my opinion deserves to be delisted because it only confuses new investors because of the unclear continuation of the project

Re: Banks in Germany can sell and store cryptocurrencies from 2020
by
andika2018
on 24/12/2019, 09:38:37 UTC
I believe if not all of the cryptos can be stored and sold through use the germany bank but it must be there will be some qualifications that must be passed by the altcoins to able listed on the list. It will never be the germany banks will be added any crypto without seeing the qualifications of the crypto itself.
This just like when you are seeing a cryptucouncilrating created by US exchange sites members like coinbase, bittrex and etc. Major crypto might have added by im not sure if that will be a lot of kind altcoins will be added.

In my opinion, there will be regulations as they apply in America. Only securities can be listed and of course not all altcoin will be able to register. I think with the regulation of the German Government which is increasingly friendly to cryptocurrency, it will give more confidence to investors.

Re: To bounty hunters & investors
by
andika2018
on 24/12/2019, 09:34:43 UTC
IEOs are no doubt a safe and secure way to invest in crypto and will defiantly be the future. Not all projects can pay the exchange fee and will still go for ICO. We have to feel for such legitimate and bright projects who cant progress as ICO because of scammers who have destroyed the name of ICO.

IEO might be a safe choice in investing if we invest in IEO organized by large exchanges. In my opinion, not all IEOs are able to provide profits to investors because there are a number of new projects that do IEO in small exchangers that give investors losses because the price drops after the initial listing. Likewise with ICOs, not all ICOs are bad because some projects that do ICO also have good potential in the market
In my view, IEO is not all profitable despite being on a large or small exchange because in IEO it only offers security from fraudulent projects while the concept of the project is not much different from before. so when investing you have to be really careful to find a good project, because in IEO the security features can work well, especially if in a large exchange

For the short term, IEO from a large exchanger in my opinion is profitable and becomes a place of speculation from whales. Historically, IEO price movements after the initial listing have always been going up and this has provided investors with considerable benefits. But for the long term, in my opinion Bitcoin is a safe investment choice

If cryptocurrency began to be adopted and accepted at merchants as a means of payment, I think it's fair that the American government is upset. During this time the American government enjoyed a free lunch because of the dominance of the dollar on the world market as an international transaction tool. If there is a weakening state or dollar dominance, in my opinion this is due to the mistakes of the American government itself which is too selling off debt and always printing money

Re: Do you think 40% bonus is too much for early Investors?
by
andika2018
on 24/12/2019, 09:27:35 UTC
In some cases where a token price crashes soon after listing on the Exchange, the blames has over time been attributed to the bounty hunters and sometimes to early investors that received certain bonuses.

Do you think 40% bonus for early investors is too much and capable of crashing token price?

Bounty hunters cannot be blamed if prices fall after the initial listing. Tokens from bounty hunters are sometimes sent over 30 days after the initial listing and I think the price reduction has nothing to do with bounty hunters and I think it's because the project is not trusted by the market

Re: Saving for a House!
by
andika2018
on 20/12/2019, 01:00:54 UTC
We are saving for a house down payment of 40K.  I don't want to leave it in the bank as there is a old judgement they can take any time so i want to store it in crypto as we grow it over the next 6 months.  Is a stable coin the best option?  Thoughts?

Stable coins are priced at US Dollars and I think there is no point in investing in stable coins, it's better to keep them in the bank. I think it's too risky to use a down payment on a house to invest in crypto because crypto is high risk. No one can guarantee the price of crypto will rise after 6 months because it could be that the crypto we invest in prices will fall dramatically. It's better to use idle money to invest so that we are more calm and relaxed because crypto price movements are very high

Re: Altcoins delist and Bitcoin only
by
andika2018
on 20/12/2019, 00:57:38 UTC
I also think so, but every crypto has its own function. It's a lot to say that the fore only Bitcoins survive this because Bitcoin is the King of crypto. But another altcoin I think there is also like Ethereum that works as a virtual machine that can run a peer-to-peer smart contract with a cryptographic cryptocurrency ether (ETH).

Yeah every coins has it's pros and cons and we cannot all altcoin will be delisting on exchanges, as long as the coin has it's demand and the community still support the coin and also the team of the coins always developing it, i'm sure it will last long in the market except a coin that has not clear background and the daily volume is under 10k USD

Agree, coins that only have small transactions under $ 1000 per day will gradually be delisted from the market or exchanger. But altcoin which has a large community and has a large market cap value in my opinion will still continue to survive and may be a profitable investment

Re: Is this really a good plan?
by
andika2018
on 20/12/2019, 00:53:37 UTC
Few of my colleagues told me they quit bounty because many new projects are finding it very difficult to reach soft cap and those who manages to reach softcap ends up listing on ridiculous exchanges because of listing fee, a part of me feels like they are right because if a new project fails to aim for top exchange its game over,  the question now is why promoting new projects then?

Bounty or a new project is currently difficult to achieve sales targets, this condition is different when compared to a few years ago, where many new projects were sold out and were able to reach the target hard cap. Currently, to find a good campaign, research is needed so that it does not get stuck on new projects that are scam or projects that are less interested

Re: Will ETH dump even more due to PlusToken?
by
andika2018
on 20/12/2019, 00:50:34 UTC
I am not sure about this. According to the media reports, the dump by the scammers started a few weeks back. But when I check the charts, I can see that Bitcoin is up by around 6%. Some of the other cryptocurrencies have also gained value. From what we know, the Plus Token scam involved the following amounts:

180,000 BTC
6,400,000 ETH
111,000 USDT
53 OMG

This is a partial/incomplete list, but you can see that BTC is among the stolen funds. So I am really surprised with the Bitcoin rally today.

Maybe Bitcoin rallied yesterday because it was influenced by American political conditions other than that in my opinion there hasn't been a massive movement of Bitcoin sales. Movement of the scammer's wallet should be followed by the police so that later it can be detected who the real fraudster is

If I have $ 1000 to invest in the cryptocurrency market, I think 60% of the $ 1000 I will allocate to invest in Bitcoin. 20% for ethereum and the rest for some altcoins that are in the top 20 coinmarketcaps. By diversifying investments, I think this will reduce concerns when the market is volatile

Re: Coinsbit’s CEO resigns to Start his own Marketing Firm
by
andika2018
on 19/12/2019, 09:51:22 UTC
Nikolai Udianskyi, one of the main 10 blockchain business visionaries, reported that he has left Coinsbit and built up a showcasing organization PRMR.com which draws in interest in Ukraine and around the globe.

Udianskyi, Coinsbit’s CEO and fellow benefactor said he sold his organization enthusiasm to ITECOSYSTEM OU. Coinsbit, which Forbes recorded as one of Asia’s TOP-10 blockchain firms in 2018, has as of late pulled in 1.1 million clients to record.

Source: TheCoinRepublic

I think this is common in various companies when one of the founders or CEOs resigned to build his own company. Maybe he has his own vision in the world of marketing and can only be channeled if he founded his own business entity.

Today in crypto, Tokens, wallets, exchanges, and even DEX is easily done.  What would it take impress you nowadays?

what impressed me here was to wait for an uncertain thing from the token distribution team the results of the bounty campaign ... and in the end they fled regardless of the bounty hunters who had participated for several months on their project ... really impressive despite feeling angry and disappointed ... but it is an experience for all of us ... so that in the future we can choose projects that have a qualified and professional team.

Indeed, at the moment many bounty campaigns are disappointing, apart from the absence of payment, the price of tokens has fallen dramatically after the initial listing. What impresses me right now is the number of good coins that are cheap and I think this is the right time to accumulate

Re: Protect Yourself And You Protect Your Assets

I've read people asking and posting how to protect their wallet but apart from educating yourself on how to protect your wallet, private keys and passwords, It's also very important that you protect yourself from exposing your portfolio you don't go around telling friends and random people, coins that you are keeping.
And also It's important to have other businesses or jobs and not rely on all your needs to Cryptocurrency, people will notice this and they will think you are making a fortune from Cryptocurrency and they might target you.

So are you protecting yourself and how do you protect yourself and your family?

With the current condition of the crypto market, in my opinion it is difficult to live only from crypto. I make crypto a side job because I invest crypto for a certain amount of time that can be done in my spare time

Bitcoin price will definitely shoot up sooner because its always more buying opportunity if price goes down, someone like me is hoping for further price fall so that i can buy
As a trader in cryptocurrency, of course you really enjoy the moment of falling prices experienced by bitcoin, because you can take advantage of this opportunity to get profit when prices start to rise again.
Ups and downs prices in the cryptocurrency world has become commonplace, but taking the opportunity to make money is a very extraordinary thing.

The current price of Bitcoin is giving us the opportunity to buy when prices are cheap. People who realize the potential of Bitcoin in the future will definitely prefer buying and accumulating. I agree that price movements up or down are common and I think it depends on our perspective to take advantage of these price movements
