i try to start miner, but error appear: system doesnt find msvcp100.dll. what can be wrong? rig is built on gtx 1070. try to mine dgb groestl
I want to buy new version MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon or Asus Prime Z270-A. Do you think that it will be working with all PCIE slots (6/7 GPUs)?
I've got asus z270-a. 7 gpu works fine
What BIOS settings? How much RAM in your GPUs?
I have same MB and can only run 4 GPUs
pc ram - 4gb 7 x rx480 8gb
I dont know what exactly helped to run 7 gpu, but here what I changed: above 4g decoding - enabled pcie switch to gen 1 dmi max link speed switch to gen1 disable all sata, which is not used disable all usb, with is not used
TOLUD works only if you boot to windows with code 12 error
if no screen then try to update bios or some extender is bad, try with 4 GPU then add 5th
Yes, and thats exactly the issue im facing, all 5 cards are detected but windows shows code 12 in 3 of them. But the solution, increasing tolud to 3.5 just stops all display, the card hdmi out gets no display, the motherboard hdmi out gets no display. I have to clear cmos and start over to get any display. So I was asking if anyone who has used the Tolud fix has ever used it sucessfully on 4GB ram?
the same problem with msi z170a krait gaming x3. have 4gb ram...
it seems to me, that if it be so, the system will work, but wouldnt recognize the card in this slot, isnt it?

issue with 7 gpu rig (mb GA-Z87X-OC Force)

Hi everyone! i try to build 7gpu rig on GA-Z87X-OC Force motherboard, but have a little problem. if u look at the mb, youll see 1 black pcie16 slot. so, when i connect 6 gpu to all slots, except this one - everyting ok and the system work fine, but when i connect the last one gpu to that black pcie16, the system starts, but nothing is shown on display. judging by the indicator on mb, there are no errors and all checks are passed. what can be a problem? have someone any ideas? http://www.gigabyte.ru/products/upload/products/3602/1442_5.jpg
