This isn't true at all and I am speaking from experience. Multiple sportsbooks usually use a single provider due to which they ended up sharing information with each other without disclosing the details to the public.
If you are identified as an arber at one site, other sites using the same provider could ban you quickly because of their information sharing tactics.

This is where the problem is, you have failed to conclusively show us how the two casinos are linked. Having the same design or templates does not mean that the platforms are owned by the same person. In fact, scammers love to copy designs of popular services so they can confuse users.
If you can not prove that the two are linked, then you can just accuse JETTON without involving 1win.

In my case, this rule sounds like this: "In case of suspicion of fraudulent actions, the platform reserves the right to cancel any bets (in these cases, the payment is made with the coefficient “1”), suspend any payments and/or suspend the End User's game account. Access is blocked, no one will see sports coupons, this is just nonsense. Everything is the same as in 1win

Moderator here don’t moderate scam. Trust system was introduced for a matter like scam and other shady action towards users in the forum.
In your case which is arbitrage betting, this is very hard to meditate since the evidence needs to present privately to trusted user here.
Betby is odds provider and not the casino itself. Once you are marked as arbitrage bettor on other casino that use same odds provider you will most likely branded like that on any casino account that use them.

This particular player was marked by the fraud team explicitly as “value/arbitrage betting” and as explained got locked therefore. He is in profit on Winna and calling our platform a scam because a user is in profit and is not getting paid out winnings he obtained in a fraudulent way is not understandable for me.

As far as I know, 1win is a big brand, and they are promoting their business on this forum as well. They have been running their signature campaign for a while, and they are organizing different types of promo campaigns as well. I am not saying they cannot scam players, but I am more interested in knowing about the connection you were talking about.

This is my first time hearing about this casino and I don't think they have any presence in this forum. I suggest you can try and make a dispute at askgamblers as well to get a clear picture of what terms you breachd.

Hey, you already got an explanation regarding your case by the support team.
Our sports fraud team flagged your account for abusing odds in an unfair manner ("value betting") which violates our Terms of Service. This is a common practice and policy on every major sportsbook provider.
You were informed about the decision and your account got locked because of that. Of course you were able to withdraw your initial deposit amount.
EDIT: just checked your account again and you deposited a total of $8,263.83 withdraw a total of $9,591.97 so are even in profit on our casino.
It seems to me that you came up with value betting, because the provider is unlikely to mark someone's accounts in such a manner. And what does value mean? Your eSports provider takes odds from another larger provider that supplies the same odds to other bookmakers. It seems that you are another fraudulent casino, of which there are a lot here.

I could show all my sports bets here, but I'm not allowed because I'm blocked. Be careful, these are the same scammers, these are their methods of stealing money.
