I don't think OP is going to block you just for 3000 Reward points may be some other issue if you still want to use this site then try to verify your account through phone and you can use this because may be your ip is also used by some other person just because of this its block you
Unless you are cheating with multiple accounts i don't see the reason why wetsuit isn't responding to your emails. To be honest i had similar problem few months ago, I sent email to support and after few hours account has been unblocked. It has nothing to do with your reward points. Did you tried to contact owner here?
Why I can not play anymore?
Everytime i try to ROLL i get this message "Sorry, this IP address has been blocked from playing the FREE PLAY game. You may continue to use the rest of the website as normal."
I play only in my work and at home.
