I really hope that this is a cool project. In the sense that they are really for the idea, because it is very good.
The news background of the project is favorable enough. Reading the comments in this thread, you can also judge that the project has a positive response in people.

"Suddenly, Bitcoin to Be Officially Legal in India"
posted Jule 20, 2017
https://cointelegraph.com/news/suddenly-bitcoin-to-be-officially-legal-in-india

Bitcoin exchanges in India have been able to operate but they have been self-regulating using strict Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering measures https://veratad.com/solutions/identity-verification/ in place. These areas will now fall under government regulation.

Funny side note--a member of the parliament in India likened Bitcoin to a Ponzi scheme as recently as March of this year. Pretty wild.
"In a letter to the Finance Ministry and the Reserve Bank of India, Somaiya explained that Bitcoin is a pyramid Ponzi-type scheme. However, Somaiya was criticized for his inability to understand the structural and fundamental difference between a Ponzi scheme and Bitcoin."

It is a good sign if a country accepts and legalized. It only means they have seen a big potential to grow and help them and specially the people in that country. If the other country could only the positive side of bitcoin that India seen from it, then maybe it is much better.
Yeah, India is a MASSIVE market cause you have like a fifth of the world having full access to cryptocurrency

It is possible in some countries. Also not possible in some countries. Those who give important for gold it is possible only after they know about bitcoin.
Well that would take time to change and also a lot of people like to wear gold, that wont change ever

Re: Should bitcoin have risen a little slowly?
by
anga3636
on 05/02/2018, 07:21:25 UTC
I think if bitcoin rose quite steadily and slowly people wouldn't look at the best cryptocurrency with an "evil eye". Going forward, do you think a slow steady rise, rather than a speedy erratic rise is good for bitcoin to get "accepted" all over the world? The sudden rise seems to scare people and  governments.
Yes, it is better for bitcoin to slowly rise than erratic rise because there is a saying " the higher you rise, the higher you fall. The real growth or organic grow should be slow and not erratic. This will also minimize losses specially for the beginners.
Well the the higher you rise, the higher you fall will still stay true even if you like had an organic rise in prices

Re: Why media against bitcoin ?
by

Central authorities never like crypto type anonymous assets. They always attemtp to remove them from the world. They try to maximize their profit only. They don't care whether coins are good for human beings.
And said central authorities are also in bed with the top people in the major media houses and fortune 500

yes, it is very risk to invest your all money in one scheme. It also depend what level you entering but no body know, how much gain will be there. Is you will invest your all money in one investment scheme, it will create a panic on it's every monuments.
Even if you do that you’ll need to cashout cryptocurrency daily to buy your day to day needs like food lol

Re: Do Banks fear cryptocurrency
by

on 05/02/2018, 07:18:41 UTC
They are certainly afraid of the growing popularity of cryptocurrencies. They're a threat to them because they earn less money. In addition, more and more people become independent from banks through cryptocurrencies.
You're right people who are using cryptocurrencies are becoming independent because they are the one who is handling their own money unlike with banks who controls it and have a lot of rules just for you to get your own money out of it.
Well the banks are way way more bigger than cryptocurrency markets though, cryptocurrency is barely like 0.5 trillion

Re: Does Bitcoin need to be taxed?
by
anga3636
on 11/01/2018, 03:40:24 UTC
If bitcoin will be considered to be a legal tender I guess it is just and right to imposed tax on any income out of bitcoin but since at this moment it is not control or regulated by laws and government putting tax is not a fair thing besides whenever we use our income to buy things there is already VAT so for me no need for bitcoin to be taxed
It’s not considered a legal tender in most countries though it’s considered an asset or more like a stock market investment

I really like NEO, Waves and NEM. Because they use pos instead of POW. I do not understand ripple at all. I would say that they are too centralized.
NEO is pretty good, it’s like ETH but better, lets hope it sees a massive price spike in 2018 and becomes the next better ethereum
