Export your JSON-file/private key from your Jaxx/ImToken/Eidoo-wallet. Then import in MEW / Metamask and do the whole routine described in the guide.

If you are using Ledger

1 more setting to check before starting:
Go to your Ethereum-Ledger-App in the device first and change:
Set Settings —-> Contract data: Yes
Do the routine described in the guide for MEW.
When you arrive at "access your wallet" you will select "Ledger" as login method.

In February they'll update or introduce a new wallet, called "Redemption coin wallet". And I heard it's gonna change the coin ratio to 1000:1 ofc the value will make up for the lack of coins u'll have. Atleast that's what I think.
