Maybe, but I still don’t understand how Gamelife will use decentralization and smart contracts.   
Smart contracts replace the sale intermediaries, decentralization allows to make deals directly, avoiding huge commissions which are a common thing for centralized platforms.
But centralized projects sometimes don’t have sale intermediaries, too, so I can’t say that this is n incredible advantage. 
If there’s no intermediary, than it takes long to decide who’ll be the first to act: a seller or a buyer, that’s why the risk is just hug.

Oh it’s simple!   BTC Short rate moves in the opposite direction to Bitcoin.
So when Bitcoin rate drops,  BTC Short price starts grows and it turns out that it’s possible to make profit on Bitcoin drop?

There’re no competitors so far for sure, but if URA approves itself, sure they will appear.

Of course! By that time they will have a big number of clients. In addition, they’ll launch powerful advertising and will be able to move forward being ahead of all the similar projects.
