Re: blockchain lost email adress

So i checked back the first incoming bitcoin transfer. But thats doesn`t mean it is the real creation date of the bitcoin adress.
It is the latest possible date.

As I assume that I created this bitcoin adress the same day as the blockchain wallet, so I need to know when the bitcoin adress was created.

So if there any ways with a known bitcoin adress to find out when that bitcoin adress was created?

Remembering the creation date isn't important at all upon recovering your wallet from blockchain.com, and also there's no way to find out when you have created the wallet.  It only recorded when there was a transaction to be done.

An email address is very important upon recovering the wallet in Blockchain, if you don't have this, there's no way to recovery.  If you have lost 2FA or password there's a possibility that you can brute force your wallet but if your email address were lost. The chances are very slim unless if you remember and have full control of your email address even you have forgotten your password or seed.

I was bookmarked this video youtube tutorial a long time ago, I saw posted here but I can't remember where it is.
Brute-force your online blockchain.info wallet with btcrecover, it could probably help you if that is your problem.

Remembering the creating date is now important as the support told me they can help me and will send me my old emailadress
if i prove that the wallet id is by me by naming the date or the wallet creating date.
So thats why I need to find a way how I can find out the creation date of the bitcoin adress. I think i created the bitcoin adress the same date as i created the wallet ID on blockchain

So.... Any thoughts there?
I think it is more likely that this Wallet ID leads to the correct wallet and addresses, rather than the correct addresses have somehow disappeared from your current Wallet ID. You are absolutely sure there were no other email addresses you used 7 years ago which you may have used to sign up to blockchain.com? And have you checked all your spam folders to ensure their email isn't being automatically filtered?

If this is the correct wallet ID and you no longer have access to the relevant email address, then again, their support are going to be the only people who can help you.

Well. That's the confusing thing about it.

When we set this up, we used 1 email to have anything bitcoin to be sent to, that same phone number is attached that account.

And I checked my balance THAT email obsessively with the coins in it. And poof.... one day it went to ZERO...

Weird right?  Like no transactions, no wallet addresses, except 1.

Try that steps:

A go to https://login.blockchain.com/#/reset-2fa

B type in the wallet ID

C Type in the registered Email when you created the wallet

D Type in a new Email of yours (have the login name and provider and password always in mind)

E Push continue

If after the pushing continue a massage comes up like "registered email is not known to the wallet ID", it is not the correct email.
Otherwise you must receive a email from blockchain.
It could also be blockchain emails go to your spam folder.
or blockchain emails are blacklisted and don`t go through to your account in that case you need to whiteliste any emails from blockchain.com to be able to receive those.

Just let me know which massage came up after pushing continue

@all

I got reply from blockchain

the want the creation date of the walletID.
I dont remeber that date.

But As i know the bitcoin wallet I can see when the first transaction was incoming to that wallet, that day or 1 or 2 days earlier should be the creation date.

Can anybody tell me how I can check for the creation date of a bitcoin wallet?

Hello,

I registrated at blockchain around 4 yrs ago.
By mistake i didn`t safe the registrated email adress to my wallet.
I safed the wallet, wallet ID and wallet ID Password.

by the wallet i can see my balance.

Now I am not able to access my wallet since the 2FA email verfication is enabled.
There is a link if you know the registered email to change the 2FA to another email (https://login.blockchain.com/#/reset-2fa)
But since I don`t remember the email anymore i cannot use this link.

Already two support tickets to blockchain about changing my email in their system or disabling 2FA email verification have been ignored by the support.

Did anyone here had the same issue and solved this or can anybody help in that case?

best regards
