An airdrop is a free distribution of tokens of cryptocurrencies. Many of it have conditions of participation like doing social media campaigns such as retweet, follow and shares, join telegram channel and with minimum bitcointalk rank can be requested. In example in this kind of airdrop you have to download official $XBTE wallet and then fill the airdrop form with all the informations requested and you receive the coins directly in your wallet while the network is up and running already!
