Thanks for the heads up but, too bad that i had already sent him money before you wrote. Wondering why these scammers don't get banned.

I understand that he have a negative score but unfortunately since I'm not so familiar with the board i misunderstood the feedback score.

Why are such scammers not getting banned, despite multiple scam reports and proofs?

What happened:: : I posted to buy coinpayments account in WTB section, he responded and asked me to contact on telegram, further he took payment and never responded since then.
