Re: Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions
by

on 09/08/2021, 07:25:33 UTC
It's been rumoured that Manchester City or PSG will sign Lionel Messi soon. But I've seen this news today:

https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/58114039

Guardiola says that Messi is not in their thoughts now. He thought that Messi would stay at Barcelona. They signed Jack Grealish and gave the number 10 to him. So, it looks like we may not see Messi at City. PSG seem to be closer to sign him very soon. As they have Neymar and Mbappe also, they will be the deadliest trio surely.

Guardiola signed Jack Grealish a few days ago. Now they don't seem to be thinking of taking Messi to the team. Manchester City will have to spend a lot of money to get Messi in the team, Manchester City may not spend that much extra money at the moment. Messi's next destination is most likely to be PSG. Because there is no shortage of money of PSG. But as far as it seems, Messi will decide to stay in Barcelona at the last moment.

Staying at Barcelona? There is no way for it. Haven't you seen that Barcelona are not able to sign Messi because of having a bad financial condition. And the offer they were preparing to make was against La Liga's structures. So this means there is no way that Barcelona can sign Messi now.

So, we should focus on which team he will go to. City or PSG?

That's right, Messi is definitely leaving Barcelona and nothing can change that anymore
Barcelona is in huge financial trouble and can't keep Messi because otherwise they would have violated the financial "fair play ' rule  of the Spanish league.
Many years of bad club politics have come to fruition and now the club is in serious trouble,  without Messi and with a lot of key injured players at the start of the new football season.
I hate to be the one to break it to you all but I think its high time Messi left Barcelona fc I mean he's been playing at the club for like what since he was a teenager. The guy played with Xavi and the  likes. We love messi but he's not as young as he used to be. A new challenge is what he needs. Messi is a Barca legend and will be missed but Barcelona will do just fine without him.
He might be older now but Messi is the the best player in the world and any team would miss him especially Barcelona. Barcelona were struggling to win games with Messi without him and the financial mess they have found themselves in they are going to be in a lot of trouble unless they win the fans back and start winning games. The fans are against Barcelona directors and they have lost millions every season for a while losing Messi will help balance their outgoings but they still need to do a lot of work.

I'm not currently invested in Dash, but I have been invested in Litecoin for a number of years now. It's only grown a little bit since I've invested seriously into it and consider it to be the 2nd best alternate coin out there right now on the market. (at least for long term stability and to compete with Bitcoin)

Maybe, a investment app using testnet coins and the real market of Bitcoin. People could then practice via testnet coins investing in the market and trying to profit before they actually start investing with real funds.

I think around 25% of your current wealth is a good idea to invest into Bitcoin. Certainly not all your money.

They only accept educated people with no criminal records unless you aren't staying there and they are a little more lenient if you are there for less than 30 days.

Why not?
Bids in bitcoin is new idea. Maybe it will be convenient for the participants.
How long they wait confirmation?
Without confirmation it has risk too.

Waiting for confirmation isn't too bad. You place virtual bids at auctions and then pay shortly after. So there's not much risk in it.

Re: Could Japan Possibly ban ICO’s
by
annmarie
on 23/10/2017, 14:33:10 UTC
News coming out of Japan has it that authorities in that country are considering a ban on ICO’s. How would this Action impact on the prospect of Bitcoin and other cryptos globally.

There is a possibility that Japan will ban ICO then will focus on Bitcoin because lot of scam ICO which supports altcoins are now rampant in the market in which there is no exemption to the scam including the nation of Japan. If this will happen i think bitcoin value will not be affected but it will become more expensive because competitors will become less and most of the these thousands altcoins in which some of these are slow moving crap will be obsolete.

They aren't wrong to do it either. In fact the more countries which approach it this way means the less appeal for people to make these shit coins.

Do you think that Bitcoin has had an impact on the price of Gold recently? Gold keeps on dropping in value whilst Bitcoin keeps on rising.

Re: Blockchain Diploma
by

What are the requirements you need to received a blockchain diploma?   And how can you avail of it?

This is one of the many uses of blockchain technology. We are already seeing some Universities trying to create a system based on the blockchain, that will issue and list the diplomas of their students there. By doing this, the fraud on fake college diplomas, that happens in many countries will end.
I think the only requirement for you to receive a blockchain diploma, is to be in a University or institution, that will issue their diplomas like that. Right now there are only a few doing it, but I think it will become mainstream, so you just need to wait for it to be available.

What universities are doing this? That's a great way and I think every part of the world could benefit from it including the emergency services.

Wait, whoa whoa whoa. If I move my BTC I'm fine right? If I understand this correctly it goes:

If I move my BTC I could lose BTG, but my BTC is safe.

If I move my BTG I could lose BTC, but my BTG is safe.

This would mean it is most important not to touch BTG correct?

That's how I understand it. As long as you have Bitcoin stored in a paper wallet do not move it and you get the best of both worlds.

Oh God! More than half a million USD worth of Bitcoin lost. Are you sure that it was a keylogger? I am confused. How did they managed to install the keylogger in your desktop? Or are you using a computer in a public place such as library or college? It was much better to purchase a hardware wallet such as Trezor and Ledger and keep the coins in them. Anyway... don't lose heart.

Probably downloaded something suspicious to visited a website with javascript enabled. It's so easily done but so easily avoided at the same time.

blockchain.info is actually better than other online wallets just because they do not store private keys and therefore do no have access. But you do not get the private key either so theres always a risk of you losing your password and seed.

Re: Asian Whales: China will ban Bitcoin trading in Chinese Yuan or USD but...
by
annmarie
on 23/10/2017, 13:25:48 UTC
Knowing China it will be likely to be done by them. They’re trying to control bitcoin in many ways directly or indirectly. They’ve done it by banning exchanges before as a result a 2800$ dip last September but failed. And now if they will make this, it will only target they’re citizens and outside of its country will not be affected. So whatever China does let them be for the reason most us don’t bother to care about them.

They can't control Bitcoin they are trying to influence it but they will never be able to control it.
