Hi,

i've just one little question about account management.
my old mailadress doesn't exist anymore so i send an issue via mail to support and signed it with bitcoin-qt and selected same BTC-address i had set for payout. that was on 06-30.
on 07-02 it changed automatically to critical and owner is shown as Jan.

is there any way contacting support direktly asking for time it will take for changing?

i don't want to delete my account and set up new one only caused by can't change mail.

i've send an issue to support changing my mailaddress. does anybody know how long does it take to get an answer?
After three days it has updated to critical by itself and owner is now "Jan".
