[Auction] RARE 2018 Topps A&G Cryptocurrency Poster Card and Base Card
Hello BTCTalk, it's been a minute but I had a collector ask me to help sell some rarities for them so I've brought them here.
Today I'm posting an INCREDIBLY difficult to find 2018 Topps Allen & Ginter Cryptocurrency Poster Card. There were only 99 of these made. They are hand numbered. This is 49/99. The pictures have a #83 Cryptocurrency Base card for size reference and will be included in the auction. There is currently a set like this on ebay for sale. The price is over 6k. The last one I know of trading hands went for just under 2.6k and the one before that was just over 2k. It's been a couple years though. The owner agreed to start this at just about $500 in BTC and let the market decide what it's currently at.

Why do people buy these cards? They do not have crypto on them.
some of the cards do - such as the redemption ones. I have 5 or 6 that are loaded. Also, some buy them so they can load the cards themselves.
You can load a Cardsmiths card?
if it is a cardsmiths ballet card, yes. That is what is being displayed at the link above. You can buy several of them directly from cardsmiths - along with 2 different loadable coins as well. The redemption cards can be found in many (if not all) of their various card series.

not sure what you mean by "white label" these are simply custom ballet wallets that cardsmiths had made - I have also done at least a dozen various custom wallets on my own. And ballet releases a new card every week as well.
White label means custom cards for a brand that is not Ballet. So anything "custom" is white labeled.
They are just custom ballet cards.

The only one of these companies to authenticate is ICG... and they actually care about crypto coins. The others are a cash grab at best. F**K the "prestige" I'll go with the company that is paying a consultant to insure real coins are getting slabbed.
