How can an email list ever be official? Because in reality collecting such full details of people, especially when you are having details like phone numbers, address and first and last names is a very grey area.

You should know because you were selling an email list of like 20,000 "rich people", right?

I suggest that you read all the stickies on this forum before you conduct any trades with anyone.

There are a lot of scammers on this forum. You do not want to get defrauded by them. Trust me i have been scammed before and it is a really really bad feeling. Use escrow. Trustworthy escrows include monbux, SebastianJu and Blazed. However don't trust them with too much, try to always use multisig because we all know what happened with Master-p....

And also have you obtained these people's emails legally? Have you breached any privacy laws by obtaining these emails?

Have you resold the list to other people already?

Exactly, No one can deposit in other's bank account at this moment unless he has following documents

- Aadhar Card of account holder
- Pan card (in case of cash more than Rs.50,000/-)
- Authority letter by the account holder with signature (as per account)

- Aadhar card of depositor
- Pan card of depositor (in case of cash more than Rs.50,000/-)
- deposit slip

So it is near to impossible to deposit cash in other's account without documents mentioned above.

On the other hand, I would advise you to change the topic subject; it says you will accept old 500, 1000 notes, but in fact, you are asking for a bank transfer (through cash).

It will be appropriate if you are willing to accept cash in hand.

I don't think that anyone is going to give you $138 mate. Current rates are around $760 per coin, and even at spot price it is $119.472. You are supposed to be paying a premium as a buyer, of at least 1-2% on perfectmoney trades.

I can do this for $117. I think that is a decent enough offer.
