Bitcoin-CLI Issue - Error Parsing JSON:sendtoaddress

Hey,This may very well be a stupid question - but I am trying to send some BTC using the command line interface (Windows 7) using the following commands:

bitcoin-cli walletpassphrase xxxxxxxx sendtoaddress "13Eu3B2VG8irHcwX3b2Emk1LaDVMDDamJB" 0.01 "test" "2nd wallet"
or
bitcoin-cli walletpassphrase xxxxxxxx sendtoaddress 13Eu3B2VG8irHcwX3b2Emk1LaDVMDDamJB 0.01 "test" "2nd wallet"

But no matter which variation I try of above, I receive the following error:

error: Error Parsing JSON:sendtoaddress

I've also tried the same with bitcoind and had the same results. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'll admit I am pretty new to command line anything, but alot of googling and searching has not revealed an answer. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

I didnt search, thank you for the link.

I did check my spam folder. Not there. Odd why someone would want to waste their time to hack the account and change pass and email,  the account doesn't appear to have been used to make any posts. But nonetheless, no emails and different password.

I will educate myself with signing a message with a BTC address and contact the admin at the link provided.

Hello,
I think my account "antimattercrusader" may have been comproised or there is a technical issue... as its no longer accepting my password, and I when I attempt to do a password reset via email, I never recieve the password link.

I did not forget my password. In fact it was set to autologin on Chrome.

Can an admin please assist?

Might be worth mentioning I made the stupid mistake of using the same password on Gox, if that has might anything to do with it.

Any help is appreciated!
