There are many coins exist in cryptocurrency, too many coins make us hard to choose what we gonna buy.
I think a good coin has a good marketing strategy, partnership, big community, and transparency. If these are exist in that coin project, then it is a good to go.

Buying ico tokens or buying coins are basically same. Anyone can get scammed if not careful picking those.
If you buy it on Ico, you can get some bonus usually. But if you want to buy from exchange, you may get cheaper price but there is no guarantee that the project will reach softcap because you dont buy it on ico sale
Although there are a few countries who uses bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies now, I cannot help but wonder if the world is truly ready for this digital currency? It will certainly be hard to replace all currencies in the world but it could happen in a decade or so, perhaps even less? Still the question is, is the world ready? I think if this happens it might be one of the biggest changes that will happen worldwide.
i think the road is still long towards that. because not all countries accept cryptocurrency , only a few of them accept it. this will take a long time until it happens. well maybe the time will come when cryptocurrency is accepted all over the world.

Well, sometimes airdrops are profitable, but most of airdrop are worth below $5.
Only a few of them can be worth above $50. But if you have more time to do campaign, you can participate on the bounty too beside the airdrop.
Doing bounty will worth multiple times than doing airdrop.

Why you want to buy cryptocurrency after its price start to increasing ? You should buy when the price is dropping, so you can buy it with cheap price.
Buying in the bull market is not a wise move because no one can guarantee you the price will keep skyrocketing later.
It could be falling after you bought it. So, never buy when it expensive, buy it when low.

I got sucked in by the ICO, tried mining, and discovered their forum (not even an official one...) where everyone is obviously ra ra HODL. Now there was a lot I really liked about the project but I'd like to hear from people who have been doing this much, much longer than me and are not necessarily as invested as the folks in the other forum (or on their FB page).
Can it rebound from all their security issues? Have other ICOs suffered this scale of failure to launch and then come back to become viable options in the crypto world? I mean - people talk about it as potentially being bigger than bitcoin but they can't even get their act together and release the wallets to legitimate investors....

i don't know. The dev seems have premined coin too much. Some peoples say about 7 billion of ETN has been premined in block 1, that is about 30% of max supply! This makes me doubt about electroneum project. What are the measures to keep your private key safe and in memory ? Are there any alternatives to retrieve the key back ?
Of course they cannot do anything if they forgot their private key and you know private key is not a thing to be remembered, it should be stored somewhere. Our wallet is our responsibility to take care of. If the key gone, then the balance will remain there forever.
Good news for bitcoin user! Hopefully not only 3 countries, but other countries can also do it too in the future. And i hope another company will accept bitcoin too for any payment. so people will pay more attention and use bitcoin more than before.
