Responsibility can't go beyond what is declared - I haven't seen TOS/AUP on any pool (there is sort of rudimentary AUP on Balthazars pools about botnets) and what I observe is "best effort" policy while he could plainly say "f**k it! I'm out!". Good communication skills? "been there, seen that" - 20+ years of Ukrainian history is a bright example of "good communication skills" - when people are lured into "bright future" beliefs and elections turn into a way to make money by promoting as much political powers as you can at once or get attention to easily solvable local problems.

As to financial situation - living from mining? There's a guy here, Maniac or something like that - he claimed to do so... But that is really stupid. My mining doesn't affect  my family finances in any serious way (ah, ok - sometimes I invest "extra income" into mining and other businesses, sometimes I spend "mined" funds). Basically mining is used to fund mining which is then used to fund mining . Unfortunately, power costs differently in Ukraine, starting from 0.02$ and going up to 0.12$ for people (the less you are using the less the price is basically), businesses pay 0.15$ and twice that amount if they exceed their declared power usage. So I have to stay at the "safe" $0.05/kWh at home=1kW from wall

Currently there is no queue. But funds from the fees will be paid with the priority for active miners, as I said before. So, if you leave, the rest of miners will receive it faster.

We can't deny payment even for Mr. Viper without his decision. But we can place him to the end of queue. This would be adequate and democratic solution, if the rest of miners supports it. Anyway, I can't be a judge for him because I dislike his type of personality.

anyGMO, if you'll leave us, we'll ask Balthazar to spread all your returned/resumed LTCs among the rest miners who believed into the future of ltcmine

@antyGMP : I'm glad you find our pool awesome. As you say, we're honest and I'd like to not be the guy that was throwing his pool name around the topic just to get some advertising.
I was really meaning my greetings and cheers to Balthazar (as a pool OP I don't think he might have stolen his own funds) and that would be cool that you edit your message removing this so-simple ltcmine / hypernova comparison. That's not really the subject here.

If you were a guy, you would write for a long time in the main - the debts do not return, close the pool or return to such and such a part, forget about the rest, and so on, but no, you - the woman who sits on the forum and calls all around the trolls.

If Baltazar will decide to return stolen (supposingly by some thiefs, not by him) funds within 9-10 months according to plan - this news will distribute very quickly along this forum and  due to low reject rate of ltcmine.ru many of miners will return back and belief in Baltazar honesty will strengthen a lot - that'll bring more new miners, and even antyGMO will recolor himself from russofob to russofil
