I suggest you provide the payments with coin/token have existed on exchange already like btc, eth, xrp, etc. So by that the jobs you provide seems more trusted rather than it.
I understand your point, but this is no different from a bounty.
I make my condition very clear. I can not afford to wait for exchanges or to pay in eth/btc (or any tokens with liquidity)
It may be hard for you to look for translators if you will pay for those tokens that currently has no value. As suggested, you may compensate the task with a better coin.

You can check with the good bounty manager and get the details of the good translators instead of getting trapped with the fake translator tool users. There are such scams going in this forum also. Kindly be careful while you selecting the translators.
