No worry's, we have been around for some time and know the drill. One thing you can be sure on, what i(we) post is legit. We live on a small island where everybody knows everyone. Our reputations is far more valuable than some bct fud. All of us here are working on this project are doing this 100% and if anyone here thinks we don´t have a full plan in process you are wrong. In case you missed my earlier post, the awareness campaign is meant for Icelanders and will go on for the next few months. After that, field-adoption activities will take place over the course of the next year or so. Frankly, "providing evidence" outside the Icelandic community is a non-priority until we have a success story to tell. Speculators may as well turn their attention elsewhere, but we do welcome and would be thankful for any offers to help.

I have not seen a bus stop right in the city centre, all are in isolated area with no passenger, I like this coin to succeed but we can not talk without evidence as you lose credibility and people will think is al white smoke. You need to show to the world you mean what you are saying. Only words are not valid. Need to be backup with events and facts.

Also it has been 6 days since we opend the exchange, 9 days since fork and multi algo.
Since ISX exchange open we have had 431 new users plus 120 from the beta = 551 total unique users. Only way to register at exchange is through island.is and no one can have more than 1 account.
We are very happy how things are going and will continue with our plan. There will be more news this month but all that is being worked on will be revealed once it is done.

Do you live in Iceland? The campaign ran here and the intended audience was reached, they saw it and it happened. When we publish the video (might publish the raw file) i will post it at 6k Facebook group we have for Icelanders. Send out on 1k mailing list we have for Icelanders and in the end publish in here.
Same goes for other news. We are targeting Icelanders and the exposure we are looking for is happening at a faster rate than we dreamed of. We just finished a photo shoot for the story at ice lands biggest media company. When will it air? i don´t know probably tomorrow and then i will publish the link in here but that will be after most of the Icelanders will see the article.
Like we said multiple times there is a lot going on behind the scenes, we are very busy at the moment and everything will be revealed this month, video is not top priority and if anyone can step in and help with the work in will be appreciated.

So I show up in some official place in Rejkjavik and request a kennitala (as a foreigner) for opening a bank account and they will issue one and put it into the database with certain properties that will allow me to use it for opening an account with one of your banks?

This wonderful person with morals in the right place had every right to express these thoughts , this person is not asleep.
AUR is only about making the scam developer rich and a few others that have joined the party. AUR is not about breaking the shackles of financial freedom, it will end up hurting the people of Iceland. Bitcoin is the only currency I would feel comfortable with my people being involved with.

Auroracoin is the biggest scam pulled on this board ever! The airdrop is in large parts staged. Balduro, the initiator of this scam who is hiding himself controls most of the supply of the coin and tries to launder the premine to his private adresses to later dump the coins on unsuspecting speculators and the people of iceland! Auroracoin is the biggest scam pulled on this board ever! The airdrop is in large parts staged. Balduro, the initiator of this scam who is hiding himself controls most of the supply of the coin and tries to launder the premine to his private adresses to later dump the coins on unsuspecting speculators and the people of iceland! It's about robbing a whole nation of their hard earned money! This must be stopped!

So im kind of screwd, I had around 40.000 Aur on Cryptsy and could not get them out when they closed. Guessing they had more Aur on the exchange than they had in theyr wallets. Is there some chance of getting them back (like it looks like with MTGox now)..

My suggestion for the ISK exchange is to have 0% fees and create more volume to have the illusion that the exchange is busier then it is. This will attract the Icelanders into thinking they missing out, I know you people are most likely doing this already but try push it to $50k . Then pay some puppet at cointelegraph and newspaper in Iceland to write up a articles about the influx of people.
