Today, after 111 days (since Nov 29 2017) my case #555400 was resolved & my account has been reenabled.  Thx all for the support (moral mainly) !!!

After months trading normally, Bittrex exchanger disabled my enhanced account 45 days ago, without notice and freeze all my assets without any possibility of moving them. They have all my personal info, passport, selfie, mobile, checked & approved. No response at all tkt #555400. No other way to contact them on social networks has worked. Pathetic customer support, NOT RECOMMENDED !!

After months trading, twitter.com/BittrexExchange disabled my enhanced account 45 days ago, without any notice.

They have all my personal info, passport, selfie, mobile,  checked & approved. No response at all tkt #555400. Please HELP !!!

I'm EU citizen & they disabled my enhanced account 38 days ago, they have all my personal info, passport, country ID, selfie, mobile #, etc, all checked & approved, I can login but no widthdraw or trade.

No response at all tkt #555400. Thx for include it in the list.

They said they're "next generation crypto trading", but with old mafia behavior.

Thanks for posting the info!  I'm understanding most settings, but not seeing what % Power you clocked your 1060's down to.  I have a big fleet of 1060 3gb cards and haven't found the perfect power setting yet.  Are your set to 74% and 71% for GPU 2 & 3?

On linux nvidia-smi use absolute watt amount for over/under powering, GPU 1070/1060 are 150w/120w stock I set them to 125w/80w respectively.

I think perfect setting depends on electricity cost, just try to adjust until you find a Sol/W that make affordable your earning & expending. Scientific method is the rule here i.e. trial&errors ;-)

Good for you & hope you never have, me too didn't have any problem for months until I have them. They disabled my account 19 days ago without any notice, after being trading for months (tkt #555400). Support is almost completely mute. Technical problem are not excuse for going silent, tech problem always exist, that why PR & CM valve was invented. There's 1000 examples of exchanger just openly acknowledging their problems & talking to users.

They may have very tech capable people but management seems to be very sloppy & not prepared to face their success.

Hi, 15 days ago they disable my basic verified account with just 0.02288458 BTC & for months I had been trading normally small amounts. I can login but no withdraw or move any coin. Not sure that  2FA trick works for my situation.

Bittrex not scam but has a limited employees for support tickets. and lack of communication from their owners. not the best policy but not scam.

My acc has been upgrade today and i can withdrawn my all money from there.

my suggestions that:
1. open one ticket. dont open multiply ticket cause you have putted to bottom line of requests.
be polite and informative. your ticket contains all necessary info about your problem.
2. be patient . wait for a while your request going to solved by support. I did not got any message but my problem solved.
3. if your problem is still exists after 10-14 days or more. send messages to bittrex employees on their official twitter channel . dont bagging them just sen a reminder with your unsolved ticket number. iv sent messages to all bittrex employees once and another to channel. and some reply to their posts. dont bagging them . reminds them only with a few message.

My originally problem was error on verification process 20 days ago. after a little time turned the message to name mismatch error and iv created a follow up ticket on original ticket  3 days ago and today my acc is enhanced finally.

7 dias con mi cuenta suspendida y nadie en soporte responde !! ticket #555400. He venido usando el servicio por meses y ahora me suspenden sin dar razon. HEEEELLPPP MEEE !!
