Nope. I'm pretty sure HitBTC is talking about the Lightning Bitcoin as LBTC because along with that notice is that all holders of BTC will be credited by the same amount of LBTC.

Too bad I wasn't able to screenshot the Note. It's gone now.

I assume this is different from Lightning Bitcoin because the latter is a fork of BTC. Guess what, HitBTC will be listing it as LBTC too.  Huh
