They are worried because what they have in mind may not be as good as the money they give out if you are an investor. If you are a Bounty hunters then you should read the whitepaper of the new project first, and then determine the team members on the project as to whether they are true or not later copied to another project.
I am very torn as to whether Libra should be created at all. On the one hand, it will be the first step to introduce cryptocurrencies into mainstream, but on the other hand, I have big doubts whether it will be cryptocurrency at all. If Libra turns out to be centralized like Ripple, it can bring more bad things than good.

really sad but this is the truth. I am one of the people who believe in alts technology and now I have to face the biggest loss ever. But never mind, don't worry, alts' value is only underestimated this year. next year, I believe the top alts will grow strongly again and Bitcoin will sideway at $ 10k.

Nah. He's just a crazy dude who is a bit famous because of his antivirus, he doesn't have much merit in crypto, so why should I value his opinion? He was shilling shitcoins in the past, and also supported bcash, that alone is enough to make a person untrustworthy. Plus he is famous for making outlandish statements in crypto, like how he'd eat his dick if BTC won't reach 300k in 2020.
This is how i keep my private keys safe since i can't afford to buy a hardware wallet.
1. A complete new harddisk
I bought a new harddisk and install window 7 on it and copy all my private keys in there, i don't bother to leave this harddisk in the pc, after the copy is completed i remove the harddisk and keep it.
2.My Recording book
I have a long hard shelled book that i use for keeping records of all the airdrops and bounties i promoted because sometimes i used to forget easily so i write down my recovery seeds in this book as well
3. Flash Drive
I have a good 8gig flash drive as well that i use to copy software and files from one pc to another so i format this flash drive and copy my private keys and recovery seeds in it.
At first no one knew i am into crypto stuffs and secondly i don't share my room with anyone cos i am living alone, those who have people around them with face problems like friends going behind your back checking through your stuffs or even stealing your things, hardware wallet is still the best though.

People are very smart and wise now. They are now thinking very carefully before to invest so the chance of being lose is now decreased. I invest on some IEO and now its successful, Now I am waiting to list the token on the exchange. My mind is still worrying if this token will be listed or not.

A lot of discussions on forum are all about "what coin should I buy? Why?"
Here's the opposite - I want to ask what alts you would never buy and why so.
My example:
Never buy BTT, Tron, Stellar and other coins where the tokens are giving away with all kinds of airdrops. Why? Emission grows with no influx of investors.
Doubting about Peercoin. Hybrid emission system doesn't seem reliable too, though lately PPC began spreading itself via well-known exchanges (changheangel or changelly - don't remember).
+ Libra. Not sure if any explanation needed.

What if there is a short promo period at the beginning without fee and then the project introduces some. Or better settle the rules from the beginning?

absence of research will consistently drives investors off track,Numerous investors are whining that they are at lose putting lots of money into some IEO projects yet many IEO projects are plain success from the info ive gathered,IEO projects from binance,bitmax,gate.io,kucoin are mostly successful and their ATH are so good that i regret not investing in some of them,why are people still complaining? Are they joining IEO from crappy exchanges or new exchanges with low volumes?
If they research more coins then they would make more coins.Most likely you are title is true. My patience have been testing mode. I have bought some altcoin those are almost 5X down now. But still I am holding them instead of sell in lose. Likely will never sell them until recover my buy price. For that reason I have taken a break from trading. But what I believe, most of newbies (traders) likely lost their patience and sold their altcoin. And obviously they will be in lose now.
I have been working on investments a while and patience is almost everything.The booming period for ICOs has passed, so ETH is having a hard time attracting investors. I think ETh will be stuck in the long run and very difficult to return to the $ 500 price.

Are coins and tokens that have good value like 0.02 or even 0.2cent on exchanges with no volume the same bad news as coins that haven't made it to an exchange yet? what do you guys have to say about this? i am currently holding two different tokens with good value but no trading volume, any hope for such projects?
I can make big list those type of coin from coinmarketcap. Actually i think if coin price are good value but no trading volume that menas which coin worthless. How you can be sell or trade? Dont hold dead coin because there are low possibility to increase those token price. Even anyone not interested to buy, So here price is high or low its dosen't matter. that's not true, ethereum is one of the well-known currencies after bitcoin and ethereum has long been trusted by everyone, many people save ethereum to make investments because ethereum is one of the potentially large digital currencies.

Coinbase is really active nowadays, I believe they want to be a real Binance competitor in the future, thats why they are adding a lot of coins and trying to create good relationships with Libar and TON for maybe a potential primary listing agreement.
That's really going to happen I remember the CEO of Binance giving negative comments about Libra Coin, so there's a possibility that they are not going to list Libra Coin and Coinbase is taking this opportunity by supporting Libra Coin, so expect cooperation between the two giants, it will be good for libra coin's entry.
