Probably just busy. Since the 2015 hacks they probably have hundreds of messages each day and they have to be sure they are giving the account back to the right person. Just message them every week or so.
I paid attention to how he recovers the account.
Someone is waiting for one day, others will wait forever.
The impression that the account restore selectively, on the basis of the principle - friend or foe, and maybe even on a national basis.
Some offer proper evidence, some don't. And sometimes there will be a dozen PMs exchanged until there is sufficient proof. Account investigation and recoveries usually take time and need to be done right. You're right about one thing though, Due to proximity and cultural background, I've been more inclined to restore accounts based on nations that are in Laniakea. I'll let you know when that changes.
The fact that there is such business freely in operation without restrain whatsoever to buy and sell bitcointalk accounts is now 100% confirmed all the account hacking is 100% inside job.
Edit: And those sinful + shameless people calling for stacking bitcoin addresses to recover such hacked accounts. I say bullshit to you.
100% inside job? this is very serious accusation...
But i don't know why admin, in all of this months, didn't make one single post about what happening.
I mean...one single post...

Re: Account hacked, please read i can prove it's mine
Wait for your turn, resend the PM every now and then (every other week, maybe?). Hacked accounts are no priority and it can take a very long time until you get yours restored. (Bumping this thread probably achieves next to nothing.) Good luck.
Ok, thanks for you reply.
I understand, accounts are no priority, but i, and i'm sure, other users, are worried.
Because we don't see nothing! There is no responde at all!
You talk abount "wait for my turn". It's ok for my...but how can you sure that there is a queue and they are working on it??
I don't understand..make a post in the thread in sticky saying that they will slowly work on it require 2 minutes...why don't they do that?
I have sent a PM to theymos with a signed message for verification, but he hasn't responded yet. Now, it's only been four days and he's probably been busy, but it makes me a little bit worried that he might have missed my PM. I don't want to nag him and send another PM either.
How many here successfully retrieved their hacked accounts? How long did it take?
Thanks
few people for sure... not me. I'm waiting since almost one month now...
