The new beta version is ready. It is mostly a bugfix release, the more significant upgrades are coming next month. You can download PhoenixMiner 6.0a from here:

PhoenixMiner_6.0a_Windows.zip
PhoenixMiner_6.0a_Linux.tar.gz

The new features in this release are:
  • Full LHR disable mode -lhrdis <n>  1 - yes (default), 0 - no
  • Show the GPU vendor name in the list of GPUs to make it easier to identify the GPUs
  • Added support for the latest AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1. There are some bugs in these drivers, particularly the clocks and voltages can't be set properly with older
    cards (RX4x0/RX5x0/Vega/RadeonVII)
  • Validated support for the latest AMD Windows drivers up to 21.11.2
  • Fixed issues with AMD RX6700XT cards with the latest AMD and Linux drivers
  • Fixed issues with AMD Vega and Radeon VII cards on latest Windows and Linux drivers
  • Fixed crash with very old Nvidia drivers (3xx.x)
  • Other fixes and small improvements

The updated list of known issues (driver incompatibilities, etc.) and workarounds:
AMD Linux driver 21.40.1 has a bug preventing proper setting of clocks and voltages on older cards (RX4x0/RX5x0/Vega/RadeonVII). Given that these drivers are also
usually slower than the older drivers for these cards, we recommend using Linux drivers 20.30 for anything older than RX6000 series.
If you are using Linux drivers 21.40.1 with Radeon VII cards, you need to add the option -fpwm 1 in order to have proper fan control.
AMD Linux drivers 21.40.1 has finally removed the requirement of PCIe atomics but there are problems when you try to mix Polaris (RX4x0/5x0) cards and Vega or newer
cards on the same rig.
Some Nvidia cards will report a lot of stale shares under Windows 11. Using the same driver version under Windows 10 resolves the issue.

this mean you want take over, you new owner MIYU coin
i think take over coin is very dificult much have money

I think you do not understand what take over means, it means feeding the dying animal, create new updated wallets, improving communication along investors, that is what take over means, the investors aka the community own the project

I have Invested for MIYU coin and sent on 13th July to wallet. The confirmations are still pending. I don't know what to do. I can neither send it back to exchange address nor it is confirmed to my wallet so that, I can be assured of this coin being an investment like value.

Re: HELP - JUST BOUGHT 3x Bitmain S9's - Fan Mod for Noise/Heat and/or Underclock?

Ok sorry to create a new thread but I have 3x S9's on the way and I need help with noise & heat. I will be running EVGA-1600 PSU's (Platinum) on each of 3 circuits.

-------------------

CURRENT SETUP: For context, I'm running 4x S7's in a dorm right now under my bed and they're decently quiet (with fans and underclock). However, I heard that the S9's are 5-7db louder (stock configuration). Here's my setup:

2x separate 15A/120V circuits (front/main)
2x 15A/120V on a SINGLE circuit

I've messed with some S7's and have been able to run them continuously underclocked at 550Mhz/475/450/400 respectively yielding 4.7Th/s, 3.3, 3.0, 2.7. I plan on building a duct to expel any hot air out the window as this is overwhelming at the moment. Fans are between 50-65%.

-------------------

I didn't consider noise when I got the S9's. So a few issues:

- Heat: shouldn't be an issue after my duct is built; can vent out the window; we have A/C.
- Electricity: should be fine as well; got my PSU questions solved already

- NOISE: What's the best way to deal with this? Insulation? Aftermarket fan mod? Underclock + Fan Underclock? All of them? They would all be going under my bed to help a bit with that.

How loud are the S9's compared to the S7's with insulation/new fans/underclock/etc?

Thanks in advance!!

Edit: I did find a lot of threads on the S5, but not the S9. Someone recommended the Scythe DFS123812-3000 "ULTRA KAZE" (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185054). Would that be good for a push-pull configuration on the S9 as well?

Cost is not a consideration, as S9's cost a lot in the first place. Looking for a straight-up answer for the best aftermarket fans Smiley

Edit #2: No aftermarket fans rather; found out it voids the warranty.

I want to set up a new mining center in India through BITMAIN AntMiner S9. I am totally new to all these stuff. Shall I have each and every information about the best mining hardware and all it's like stuffs PSU and other things.
I have many questions for this. I am non-technical person.

I will be thank full to you for assisting me regarding me. Any other specialist in touch with you, also you can suggest to ask him or her such guarding questions.

Your every help for this setup will be counted.

My questions are:

what type of internet connection needed to mine through S9? How much 1MBPS connection speed enough or need rather more for this? I want to install multi S9 Hardware and i am totally new to this thing.

Does this S9 Hardware available on Amazon contain any display system? or it is needed to attach computer or laptop?

At present Own i5 5200 CPU Lenovo laptop. Does S9 have Computer attached in built?

Can you send me pictures of your setup to my email?

My email is ashokgadhia@gmail.com

I will be very much thank full to everyone answering my questions.

Ashok gadhia

What else thing needed with S9 Hardware along with PSU?
