I have bitcoin in my account when can i withdraw or buy HBC, i have .005696 BTC have been searchin all over

I am not able to gulp the fact that commisions would be 75$ for withdrawal, what i mean was i am ready to push more btc to the same account, my question is if i add say 0.01 BTC excluding charges will that add up to my existing BTC which is stucked.

I tried investing in your ico, but i really faced a huge issue, I used a provider where i loaded by money and converted into Bitcoin from India with a company called zebpay, and transferred the amount of 0.01028685 BTC to https://crypto.tickets wallet, in this process i was unaware of high bitcoin processing charges where my maths went wrong, and the total amount which transffered was 0.00987785 BTC instead of 0.01028685 BTC where it was 3$ short.

When i spoke to the customer support of crypto.tickets, they said they havent received any BTC while on blockexplorer or blockinfo its showing complete. Moreover the support guys said my money is lost, i am not able to understand i made a payment to an address provided by them, if they havent received where is my BTC gone, i spoke with Danil and Nikhil

When i check my transaction say "output unspent", is there a mechanism where i can reverse my transaction or add the difference to the same address so that it would work and i can get into the ICO or cancel the transaction so that i can make a fresh transaction.
