It stands for Bonus Account Balance (before and after bet), but i have no idea what it means. And it seems to be always 0.00000000 for me.. So what does it mean?

Recently Russia (which I am from) started blocking online crypto casinos and similar things. Even bitcointalk is now blocked, and I'm using VPN right now to write this message.
So if this happens that freebitcoin will be blocked - what can we do? Are we allowed to use VPN services or stuff like this? Will you make a mirror of your site just for us russian fellows?
I know it says I can play free rolls and such, using vpn/proxy, if I meet the requirements shown in the "unlock bonuses section"... Buut yeah, I still feel stressed about using vpn, cuz it always looks like I'm a fraud or some kind of a thief.

1. So i read that if i'm only using faucet and don't play multiplyBTC or buy lottery tickets then my faucet reward would go down. Is it true? If so, what percentage should i keep all the time to remain the same faucet reward (right now it's 6 Satoshis) forever? Is 5-10% gaining back every day enough to not lose those 0.002$ per roll?
2. Can i ALWAYS be above 100% if i deposit enough Btc's? i believe its 300k Satoshi right now
