I'm giddy as a schoolboy. Just got all my USB Block Erupters set up and hashing. Just had to share this here.

I'm likely using the same hardware that you have. Can you (or have you in another thread?) let us know what software you are running these with? Are you on a windows machine?

Thanks in advance!

judging by the picture its cgminer 3.1.1 (bitminter) and .bat would indicate windows

Prefer US but i'd do any North America for $500 plus whatever shipping is. You beat a PM by a few minutes so if you're not interested let me know and I'll follow up with the pm. Also I'm headed offline for the night so I'll follow up in the am.

KnCMiner Neptune Bonus Miner (New in box, I opened it to verify it was intact and because I forgot they were sending these.)
Make a reasonable offer if you want me to respond. BTC/LTC/Cash in hand are the only accepted payment. Only wanting to ship to US if possible.

i've been struggling with them for a refund since june on my order as well, been hung up on multiple times, chewed out once, and told that they have no managers which i can speak with.  let me know what you're all doing because i'm tired of companies being able to jerk around customers. my entire refund request stemmed from my 2 neptunes catching fire as well.

Same issue here, they blame the PSU company for poor quality yet they're pushing well above the power spec with a single pci-e auxiliary power port.
I've had 3 Modules catch on fire so far and 2 PSU's burn up all the while KNC acts like nothing is wrong and won't pay me for the burned PSU's or down time due to their failed engineering. BTW they use Standard Terminals....

Here's the spec:
ConnectorNo. PinsStd TerminalsHCS TerminalsPlus HCS Terminals
Six Pin2192264288
Eight Pin3288396432
Only two +12 V pins are used in the six-pin connector, even though most power supplies include three.
Standard terminals are rated eight amps.
HCS terminals are rated 11 amps.
Plus HCS terminals are rated 12 amps.
All ratings assume Mini-Fit Jr. connectors using 18-gauge wire under standard temperature conditions.

Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com

There's a very valid reason why you don't just turn off your computer by yanking the plug out of the wall socket - and flipping the PSU switch is the equivalent of doing that.  Do that to your desktop computer a few times and see how well it runs as a result...

Yeah I have turned PC off GPU rigs at the switch a couple thousand times.  It is a non-issue.  There is a reason open frame GPU miners used power supplies with a physical power switch on back.

you missed the whole point, the motherboard being hooked up properly with those pins tells give the PSU a reference as to what to do and that its ready to shut things down instead of POP powers gone.

ASIC slot #3: 73.0 ℃
ASIC slot #4: -
ASIC slot #5: 64.0 ℃
ASIC slot #6: 68.0 ℃

looking at the back beagle board closest too you it runs from left to right for the ribbon cable connections. (jp7 - jp12 usually) asic slot one being jp7
