You are also a newbie doing bounties. If we want to be successful in crypto and in bounties we need to dedicate time for learning. Forum is the best place to learn from experience of others and to avoid their mistakes. Other option is to learn on our own mistakes. There are no shortcuts in crypto.

It is our responsibility in which project to invest not the CMC. Unfortunately, many scam projects out there and it is very difficult to identify them in early stage as they could turn out to be a scam in later development phase. Their package very often look perfect for investors at the beginning.

ETH developments updates are in good shape according to it`s team report.  They are on the schedule for switch to POS. ETH is undervalued and I expect to recover in the near future together with the overall market and above it.

I have not seen such an ICO with 90%  promotion allocation. The normal allocation for promotions is 10-20 % It really depends on the product and the project itself how much promotion it needs.

Every day there are more and more merchants offering shopping with crypto. There are also many possibilities to change your crypto instantly to Fiat and using your credit card doing the everyday shopping or to switch your
crypto to gift cards which you can use to purchase goods.

There are such wallets and they are not necessarily scams if they are connected with staking opportunities. Some new coins also offering for example 25% of their tokens if you hold your tokens in the wallet for a certain period (2-3 months). We have to make research to look at these opportunities because there are some legit ones out there.

It is nothing bad if we criticize the new projects but we should do it  with facts and evidence. Just stating 99% of new projects is scam or garbage without any evidence has no sense. We have to make research on them and share our negative  findings if any.

I am trying to do both. There are many projects offering  passive income for holding your coins and using the rewards for trading and further investing. For experienced traders it is more profitable  just trading I guess.

John McAfee   is a controversial person. He is doing great job for the awareness of crypto, on the other hand he is doing a lot of mess with his bombastic ideas and announcements. He is enjoying under the spot lights and desperately wants attention.

It is true that there are a way too many projects focusing on easy and fast payments but competition is a good thing and market will decide. When large mega companies start using crypto the mass adoption will speed up. Crypto is still a young technology, it needs time.

IEOs are upgraded version of ICOs, hyped a bit by the  exchanges. Investors are excited about them nowadays as many of them were scammed in ICOs and lost their funds. It is good that investors coming  back and started investing in IEOs as new projects needs fuel for development.

There will always be negative views and opinions about crypto mainly from people who do not understand what crypto is about and what are it`s benefits or those who have negative experience for example: they were scammed or invested on peak and not profited from it etc.

If you  are holding  Cardano it is justifiable as it is a high potential coin and it should recover with the market. But is not the case with all of the altcoins. Many of them will not survive the bear market.

Without regulations scammers could run away with the funds  and this is the main reason investors lost their trust in ICOs. The new, more trusted  model of investing is through IEOs, where exchanges are supervising the process.

Bounties with high bounty allocations will have millions of participant but the value of their token is not guaranteed at all.  I have learned that lesson as well  and this is why I try to  join quality projects  and the amount of the reward is not on the first place in the selection process any more.

Somebody people wins and some lose, this is how it works. On a bullish market when each coin is increasing it is an easy ride. But on a bearish market holding is not profitable.You have to trade to be on a winning side and not waiting for years until your coins recover.

Managers can get red trust for different reasons for example managing a campaign which does not pay the hunters or turn out to be a scam. It can happen to each manager even if they do deep research on the project. It does not mean that he is not capable to run other campaigns successfully.
