I just got a new future bit Apollo and it says the hashboard 1 is offline and won't connect to slushpool.  All the lights on the front are red so it seems to be powered up correctly. I see the worker in my slushpool account. 

I just got mine plugged in and it says hashboard 1 is offline.

The miner is registered with my slush pool account (I see it in the workers) and the light on the front of the device is solid red.  Any ideas on what would cause this.
