Hello everyone,

Here is the update about the case that so many people have been waiting for.

In Italy is now pending a criminal investigation against Alberto Armandi for the facts pertaining the Labcoin operation.

Fabrizio and Alessia Tatti's position in the case is under scrutiny by investigating authorities.

Since we filed the complaint our lawyer has had one meeting with the Public Attorney associate head office and one phone meeting with the police officer handling the investigation.

At the first meeting Public Attorney Office got interested in the matter and stated that they will do a thorough investigation, he also gave us free hands to call upon the police officer who handles the case with any new information we may stumble upon.

In the second meeting over the phone, the Police confirmed that our assertions contained into the criminal complaint has been confirmed, and stated that Alberto is currently living abroad.

The Police have asked us to help them in tracking Albertos activities on the internet, so everyone keep your eyes open for any posts or other activities that Alberto does, please contact me with any information you may have.

You can contact me here on the forum or at a this gmail address: labcoin.scam at gmail.com

Thank you for your support,

virtualspade

Thank you virtualspade. Let's track this guy down and find out where he is.

I think pictures and videos of the actual product would go a long way right now. Please be transparent Ken and show us proof of the product.

No joke. I have several e-mails with Sam aka Alberto over the past few months. The reply i received yesterday was from a e-mail sent a while ago so i was surprised that he would reply back after some time has passed.
Any screenshots? You know as well as I that on the internet nothing is true until a screenshot is provided. Even though I am also joining the lawsuit and have nothing positive to say about the fraudsters, I won't eat up any claim about anything.

Here is the screenshot. I figured you guys would ask for it. I've also been in touch with the lawyer and will be forwarding all Labcoin e-mail history to him before the end of the day.

Thank you virtuals for the update. I am submitting all e-mail histories with alberto.armandi@gmail.com, info@labcoin.com and sam.noi@labcoin.com to our lawyer so he can keep that on file. Good to see progress happening.

I got a e-mail from Labcoin yesterday (info@labcoin.com) and told me he will come after me if i continue to harass him. The nerves of Alberto to even reply back with that. It seems like he still checks his labcoin e-mail account.

We are selling Ukyo shares on Crypto-Trade to recover our losses on Bitfunder.

We will start moving Investors shares to Crypto-Trade within the next 7 days.

Once we have our shares on CT how soon will you pay out our dividends?

Weekly Update 1/21/14

Edit: Getting trading up and running is now my number one mission.

Thank you for the update Ken. Can you be a little more detailed and specific in regards to what is going on. What is UMC? Did you mean to type VMC? We own all the IP to the 55nm chips? Do you have details in regards to the chips? How soon we will start shipping miners and how fast will we be able to start our mining farm? We will have both 55nm chips as well as 28nm soon after? Please keep us posted. Thanks.

When is the first batch of chips/boards supposed to arrive at VMC Assembly?

Our engineers are still designing our board. We had to change our engineering firm, and
learn a few lessons about hiring an engineer firm.  We don't have a date at this time.

Come on man. Give us a date Ken. Give us a estimated date. Give us a time frame of when we are expected to receive our chips and board. Is it Feb or Mar? Are we going to be up and running before the end of Q1? Is your projected date Q2? I don't like hearing "this year" because we just started the year and we still have 11+ months left in this year. Please be more specific.

Ken please give us a real update. Let's start with the following.

1. Crypto-Trade.com - Please give us a DATE of when we will start trading.
2. Miners - Please take several detailed PICTURES of the assembled miners.
3. Chips - Please give us a DATE as to when we will receive chips for final assembly.
4. Farm - Please give us a PROJECTION as to how much hashpower we will bring online and a DATE as to when this will happen.

Please give us details and a few paragraphs of ActiveMining's game plan for Q1 2014. Thanks.

Last e-mail from VMC customer service

Dear Customer,
Pre-Order Terms: This is a pre-order. 28nm ASIC products are shipped according to placement in the order queue, and delivery may take 3 months or more after order.Your items wont be shipping til between February 22th-March 20th.

Regards,
Customer service

Are you going to wait or get a refund? If you choose to get a refund please report back here how the process went.

Sadly there are a lot of alt accounts of crumbs being made (dolor, doloreshaze, doloresmaze, nickdanger, cropcircle) because he was banned so if you could provide some definitive proof of your order/payment that would be great. If not I understand.

I don't want to get a refund. I will be waiting till the 22th of February.

My order proof:

I am not this 'crumbs' person. I am simple and fair. If I make a mistake, then I admit my mistake. If VMC turns to be scam, then so it be. We can't help it anyway, can we?

Thank you for posting this up. Is there another customer that ordered before November that has a different shipping ETA? Please post.

kleeck is right. you have to get to the back of the line.

I couldn't help but notice you haven't responded to my PM. Wink

i'm pumping out hundreds of dollars a day and you link me to a betting site with under $100 total bets.  not to mention a betting site that may or may not be fair to the winner (flashbacks of "bets of bitcoin' come to mind). show me a higher, more reliable reward and ill make a whole documentary for you High Def.

CanadianGuy, can you take a picture of the miner and post it for us? I think many of us would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Yes I'm obviously illiterate. Good job sticking with the insults. Take your facts and logic and stick them up your ass with the rest of the bullshit. Why would anyone believe you? I'm just asking questions. Instead of answering questions, I'm being attacked for asking them. This is the behavior of a scammer, not an honest business.

How could you possibly have a copy of the NDA they signed if you don't work for that company? Are you fucking kidding me?

I got moderated for calling this guy a shill? Someone want to discuss that with me? Or was it for calling him an idiot. I'd really like to know why this board would defend someone who wants to rip members off.

You need to get your facts straight before posting here. Bargraphics is no way a employee or a representative of VMC. He is not scamming or trying to rip any members off. Just wanted to make that clear so you understand this and you are no longer confused. All he is doing is presenting facts to you from what i can see.

lol.

There is absolutely no way this is a scam.

ACtM are not asking for any monies from anybody. No shares are being sold by Ken on CT and he hasn't taken any money from anyone on bitcointalk for something like 4months - as has been pointed out many times.

Yet he continues to invest money in new equipment for the production line and rental on company premises. Ken is completely open with his identity. We know exactly who he is.

So sell your shares if you want to but you are certainly going to regret that over the next few months when the divs start up again and we begin to run a substantial mining farm and mining rig and chip sales company.

Whatever you do, good luck.

+100
I vouch for this company.  Our firm is a substantial stakeholder in Active Mining.

Who are you? Any details in regards to you, your firm and what you do would be appreciated. Thanks.

Weekly Update 12/25/13

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Here is a picture of our manufacturing line for assembling miners.

Assembly Line

We are working on assembling everything, so when our boards and chips arrive, we can ship the miners fast.

Ken, can you provide some customer service for VMC customers?

Many people are waiting on replies in regards to questions they have for orders placed.

Weekly Update 12/18/13

Crypto-Trade:

I have all of the legal issues worked out, and I am programming them into the verification site.

VMC:

We are working with eASIC and our engineers to get our chip and boards in full production.

We have stock piled all the hardware to build the miners and we are per-assembling the miners.

Can you take pictures of the stock piled hardware and also of how the pre-assembled miners look? Thanks.
