Problem:
Due to advances in technology, there is a fundamental shift occurring within the global workforce, which requires constant learning and acquisition of new skills that are highly valued in the market. The future of work on an individual basis will be characterized by high job displacement, frequent job changes, and constant reskilling unlike any time in the history of the world. Organizations are beginning to invest hundreds of millions of dollars to train and retool their workforce. Some small and medium-sized businesses will be unable to train employees and will look to hire only those people with the knowledge, skills, abilities, and other characteristics (KSAOs) companies need to bring value to the marketplace. As a result, individuals will have the responsibility of diversifying their portfolio of verifiable KSAOs during their own time and at their own personal expense.

Solution:
XChainZ (XCZ) seeks to provide verifiable training, assessments, and certifications for individuals looking to compete within the global workforce of tomorrow. We will do this by building an artificially intelligent learning platform for the acquisition, assessment, and certification of hard and soft skills needed in the emerging world of work. Training on the platform will be supplemented by assessments and member coaching services. Training, assessment, and coaching will be incentivized using the XCZ coin. Certificates of training completion, assessment credentials, coaching, and payments for services will be registered on the XChainZ blockchain and the Interplanetary File System for business.  Digital assets including XCZ, assessment scores, training certifications, and coaching credentials will be held on the XCZ wallet.

The full white paper will be rolled out:  30 October 2019.

The 1st iteration of the AI-based training/assessment platform will be rolled out: 31 December 2019

It must mean that either this is legit OR some scammer is really a stupid MF and is the hardest working idiot on the planet especially if he thinks paying a black guy in the US is going to give credibility to a blockchain project where the vast majority of the devs and CEOs working on kickass projects in the US are white dudes.  This is unthinkable!  Getting a 10 year old white or asian girl from the valley would have given this supposed scam a little bit more credibility than a brotha from the backwoods of FL close to where that genius spent 10K BTC for a shitty pizza; perhaps the brotha gave him the 10K so they could eat it together cause he was homeless or something, idk. Unless the black dude is the real Satoshi and is coming out for everyone to see (and he is not), it's a really f**king stupid idea for a scam.  What do you think?

Under the implications of your question, this dumb eastern european MF scammer (as he is claimed to be) and his black PR buddy are able to spend countless hours (a) building a global team, (b) creating a kickass website, (c) creating a blockchain with ideal incentive structures, (d) conceiving a well needed cryptocurrency infrastructure project, (e) creating a partnership with a world class university with the top computer programming team in North America, (f) creating mobile wallets, (g) paying staff members and marketing teams, and (h) paying for traveling to the biggest blockchain conferences to promote their scam.  Come on, dude!  Yo parents raised your better than that!  Holla at ya boi and tell me how you really feel.  I got better sh*t to do instead of reading into this BS, homie. Team is getting ready to do video interviews.  How is that fake? No one should be bashing if s/he is in the cryptospace.  This industry needs to grow and nurture all the talent that comes to it.  If it is a scam time will tell.

There is misinformation about the max supply and it will be updated accordingly.  The max supply since the progressive collateral was implemented is now 80,000,0000.  This can be verified by looking at the source code on github, line 67 of main.h.

The dev, based on my interactions with him, seems like a stand up dude or dudette.  I have several MNs and ASICs helping to support the network.  And like you not investing more, only increasing my position by trading 1/2 of my daily MN earnings, 1/4 goes to saving up for next collateral jump, and 1/4 goes to folk in the community who are helping out like Bit Yoda who has been assisting with guides and providing a sense of stability in helping MN owners get organized.   He's a beast!  This coin really needs a community voice or some investor relation-type person.  My 2 cents.
