Re: How many hours you sleep in this Pandemic Situation?
by
axeholm
on 17/02/2021, 03:22:23 UTC
Losing a few hours of sleep in a day actually needs to be recovered for weeks, means if you slept 4 hours less than your usual 7-8 hours today, you will be needing to sleep more in the next few days with more than 7-8 hours.

In this pandemic, I am sleeping more than 7-8 hours because I used to sleep less than 4 hours pre-covid because of job and responsibilities.

Re: Which coin did you make the most money from?
by
axeholm

Ofcourse it will be Bitcoin and Ethereum, I got no doubt with that as it made my bag turned into a luxury bag with its recent pumps! Bought Bitcoin when it was down to $3000 years ago and Ethereum when its price is still at around $200! So far, im still holdng my bag not knowing that both of my bags skyrocketed!

I also got altcoins like ADA and as well all know its actually not that profitable but its a good project to hodl as it is promising and has continuous development but in terms of profits, I dont gain that much on it.

Do you trade them anywhere? I do most of my trading on KuCoin because of the low fees and benefits, I even bought a big bag of its native token 'KCS' so i could get discount on their trading fees and I think I've made the right decision.

After breaking its ATH, I feel like BTC will be moving an even bigger step forward.

Re: XRP - Post Lawsuit Possible Outcomes & Thoughts
by
axeholm
on 11/02/2021, 02:05:07 UTC
A reason why Ripple may likely beat the suit may be that the duties of Chairman heading the Securities and Exchange Commission has been passed on to Gary Gensler, a former chair of the Commodities Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Gensler has been known to be very crypto-friendly, defining Bitcoin as “a catalyst for change” previously, while his colleagues were adamant on classifying cryptocurrencies as Ponzi schemes.

He will be engaging with during the lawsuit may likely play in XRP’s outcome, as there is a familiar face on Ripple’s legal team: Mary Jo White. White and Gensler had both previously served as a Chairman of the SEC, under Barack Obama.

No one really knows what will happen to XRP after the lawsuit against Ripple is settled, but I think everyone must buy XRP off the open market. Clarity is set and institutions pour in as they have been waiting for this moment.

Re: ETH keep breaking record and what happened to BCH?
by
axeholm
on 03/02/2021, 10:10:43 UTC
Although ETH reached a new high, it is to be noted that ETH would still need to avoid a fall through the pivot level at $1,474 to support a run at the first major resistance level at $1,588 and a support from the broader market would be needed.

In BCH case,  If the price turns down and breaks below the $370 to $353 support zone, the altcoin could drop to $275 - Contrary to this assumption, if the bulls can push the price above the downtrend line, the BCH/USD pair may rally to $465 and then to $539. If the price turns down from this resistance, the pair could extend its consolidation for a few more days.

But the market is unpredictable and moves in mysterious ways so maybe a single movement from a whale would create a huge commotion in the market of these two.

Re: do you do mining or staking?
by
axeholm
on 03/02/2021, 07:25:05 UTC
Staking is what I prefer, and there's a little of amount of users who doesn't stake these days. Staking is convenient, and does not require big costs. But of course before you stake, make sure you do research about the coin you would like to stake in. The cryptocurrency market is volatile therefore staking does not mean without risk.

Okay hear me out, these two are well overrated and there's tons of places out there that aren't polluted and are more peaceful and gives so much better opportunities. I'd be willing to go on both but only as a tourist then I'd settle on a more peaceful side of the world.

Re: What kind of life do you think is perfect?
by
axeholm
on 03/02/2021, 06:57:16 UTC
Life is never going to be perfect but It's okay.

While it' perfectly fine to desire a lot of things, we shouldn't interpret the lack of them to be indicative of an imperfect life. You see, the problem isn't with our desire to have a perfect life, but with what we believe a perfect life constitutes.

Re: BTCs sudden rocket
by
axeholm
on 30/01/2021, 14:38:53 UTC
I gotta admit that was a crazy ride with BTC and Elon Musk, I just realized how big on an influence is Elon Musk. Now Jack Dorsey did the same but did not affect BTC much, I still remember when he tweeted a doge meme before and made the coin soar up to 600% in less than a day!

Shares of fast-growing Polish game developer CD Projekt soared 16% on thursday as well after Musk tweeted: "The esthetics of Cyberpunk are incredible btw ....". Cyberpunk is the company's flagship game btw.

even smaller cryptocurrencies like ETH and XRP that tend to move in tandem with bitcoin also jumped, as much as 5 per cent and 8 per cent respectively.

I usually say "I think we both have personal lives to attend to, why don't we save these things for call later?" its a good thing to be straightforward sometimes and If I can't I just simply make silly excuses like "I think my dog's calling me" or "Mom did you just call me from upstairs?" works most of the time lol

Re: which one will you choose?
by
axeholm
on 24/01/2021, 14:38:19 UTC
I like both, DOT is also increasing in price and have been showing an interesting chart for a few days now and ETH hitting that new ATH definitely did us a favor. But choosing between them is impossible for me, I believe they're both showing their best right now, when isn't even altseason yet, gotta watch them play the game well.

Seeing btc right now https://trade.kucoin.com/BTC-USDT I feel like there will still be one last upward movement for it before a massive correction that will open the door for the altseason, then I am positive ETH and DOT will even perform great, today's performance wasn't their best yet.

ETH is an alt, so I guess we can say that we're already on the altseason as well. I'm starting to see some alts pumping these days as well, the idea of the whole altseason might be different for some but I think we're on it.

It's pretty funny that a big fuck up has subsequently caused the price of STEEM to go up instead of down, but it makes sense... they need to have liquidity for their users

Its a good and a bad thing at the same time, however the steem community still doesn't deserve all those shts

Re: Crypto Now Legal In India?
by
axeholm
on 11/03/2020, 08:52:19 UTC
Blockchain advocates have hailed the recent Indian Supreme Court’s pro-crypto ruling as a landmark for adoption and development. Now, new forces are emerging that seek to put the brakes on India’s rapid embrace of cryptocurrency.  What do you think about the future of crypto in India, guys?
IMO India is one promising place for Crypto, aside from being one of the largest country and population also Indians wealth
is enough to stay and support cryptocurrency specially not for today but for their future.this is a Big market for Bitcoin specifically
having their Big movie industtry Bolliwood and Gold capital also?maybe in time people will consider Holding Bitcoin than Gold for much safer investment and for longer term profiting.

True, the higher levels in India got a lot of wealth, enough to support their investments on cryptocurrencies.

Re: Benefits of drinking hot water
by
axeholm
on 05/03/2020, 15:39:36 UTC
2 years ago, I decided to stop drinking cold drinks - I avoided soft drinks and some hard and cold beverages slowly. I got rid of it and most of the time I drink an average temp water or any drink that I can drink. It was great, I heard about all the benefits and it also helps with my diet.
