Yes you will have ROI...every investment has ROI....question is will it be negative, net or positive. I assume that everyone saying just ROI ...ROI ...ROI is implying a positive ROI. 
Quick update on WiFi. I have five S3s running 100% stable (no reboots) for 4 days at stock clock (daily avg 434 GH/s) on WiFi.

What WiFi antenna did you buy? I'm trying to find one on mono price that will fit.

Bought the same ones and they work well. Came from Indy and took just over a week via snail mail to arrive to Toronto.

Some people are saying my 40A 500W EVGA PSU connected via 2 PCI-E cables to my antminer s3 can be overclocked and some people say I can't.

Assuming your unit will overclock. All the ones I have so far dont go above 218.75.
I used to run S1 overclocked to 393 on 2 PCIE cables and it was fine.
Just give it a try and go in small increments.
EDIT: make sure the PCIE cables are two separate runs from the PSU, not one PCIE cable from PSU that has split off to another cable.

Who would care if a Chinese company declared a different value.. Do they have the same laws?
Ummmm CBSA would definitely care and UPS has some skin in the game too. If you can't afford 13% tax on a miner maybe mining is not for you.
Maybe people don't like paying 13% in extortion fees to highway robbers. Or ANY extortion fees for that matter. Your ever think of that?
Its called a consumption tax and if you don't like it then tell your govt rep or leave the country. Or marry somebody with a status card???

Yes I have bought from 112bit & I am in Canada too.
There is no duty.
There is sales tax, which in this case being Ontario it is the HST, so 13%
You will pay 13% on the cost of the miner which is 395$ + UPS shipping fee of 35$.
UPS will also charge you 10$ brokerage fee + HST.
And no a legit business will not break the law and commit fraud by declaring the goods at a lesser value.

How are you guys handling the Coupons/Refund based on Bitmain's annoucement?
1) 10.0% worth of coupon for the B1~B3 customers. This is the default option.
2) 7.7% worth of refund. We will release a function on our official website for application of this option. If you have bought from our resellers, please contact them and provide your Bitcoin address.

Don't think Juan has a Canadian site. I only know of Bitcoinware and its over priced. There is no duty to import just pay tax on the declared amount. So doesn't matter if from Juan or Bitmain. Juan does charge extra for shipping.

Also how much was duties and taxes?
Back when I ordered from batch #2 the declared value was 440 dollars so had topay HST on the 440 plus ups 10 dollar fee. I use corsair and EVGA gold PSU s to drive all my miners.

It may be an extra day or two before yours go out. AntMiner screwed up and shipped only 50 of the 55 we ordered. I am still sorting out how many we have left to ship out. We found this out last night once we started processing. BitMain has yet to tell me what's going on
