The present, Vietnam does not recognize Bitcoin currency is allowed to circulate in Vietnam. Even with a Bitcoin exchanges have yet to be licensed for
operation. So I'm afraid it is difficult to place ATMs in Vietnam at this time.

The account could possibly be hacked. I would not accept this account under any circumstances unless they can validate a signed message from at least 3-6 months prior to this post. This could end up to the buyer of being a stolen account. At least give it a day or 2 to see what's going on with MrTwelve. He did have a issue with a order he placed through this user.
