As i have seen into the screenshot which you are trying out to convert or having that SC to USD withdrawal?
If they arent processing in one day then they might really have having that manual confirmation or processing about it which it do really sucks big time.
Just give them another 24 hours and if they arent really still releasing those withdrawal then you could always open a scam accusation thread on here.
