nálam most 4 + 2 fut, és még jön 4 litecoin, most váltottam vertcoinra, amúgy még doge is néha
I can get good hashrates on my GTX 780 using cudaminer, but when I try vertminer with my R9 290X I get a black empty screen for the command console, and for my HD 7970, I get 30 Khash/s even though the cmd console shows at 260 Khash/s. What am I doing wrong?

I probably need more ram, coz it is only working on a pc with 8gb ram. The others have only 4gb.
this whole RAM question is wierd for me, I have 4 280x which working under 4 GB memory like a charm

yeah, annyoying when I start to mine VTC it just drops....sorry guys, I never start mining another coin because that one will fall as well....I think this is a some kind of bad karma?
I see the dopping prices as an advantage, difficulty decreases and then you sell at a proffit a week, month, year(depending on your sittuation) later..

Its a good point. But... the idea isn't bring all single person on hearth to mining. Its just give the average person, who doesn't have any clue about mining, .bat files and configs and time to learn (yes, cuz a lot of people work all day) a program that would be easy to use.

well, honestly, and I do not want to be an a**hole, but why the hell should we want that every living person on Earth start mining any coin at all? yes, sure why not and after 1-2 months the diff will be so high that everybody could throw out the mining rig.....on the other hand yes, it would be nice to see vtc rise but where is the limit of that? This is just a thought, I'm not saying I'm right so please do not attack me I'm just starting the conversation

I don't know guys how can you make it work with -g 2, if I try to use more than 1 thread inmediately have error -5
I tried with 1, 2 and 3 cards, also tried with 4GB, 8GB and 12GB of system RAM
my GPUs are MSI R9 280X GAMING 3G, asus mobo M5A78L
Windows 7 x64 driver 13.1
Using 1 thread, it works but I need 8GB system of ram, doesn't work with 4GB, and if I add more than 2 cards, I need 12GB of system RAM.
the best I was able to do was 265KH which is very low, I was expecting 300KH per card at 950/1250 Mhz
what do you think?, am I missing something?

Hey induktor, I have the same cards, i'm using this and I have around 330-340 kh/s

hyeah....unfortunate when I decided to move to this nice coin the diff rate just went from 85 to 145 and I'm getting less and less BTC / month....ehh
p.s. it is a joke that all the time I want to post something, sending a PM, the system always buging me with the u would like to send messgae too often message.....is this really normal? annoying
hey guys, any suggestion for a Radeon 7770 card? it is just collecting dust on the shelves so I thought maybe I should start mining with that too but I couldn't get more than 20 kh/s from it, thanks

Funny that 1,5 - 2 days after I start to think about vertcoin it just jumped in diff and less and less btc / month coming in if I mine it Also I couldn't get my 280x cards working even I read the whole vertcoin settings topic. can you send me your config/bat file and computer specs with pm? i use 10 x 280x and can maybe help you.

Mármint milyen sebességgel nő a bitcoin sebessége? oltári gyorsan, pláne azokkal....jelenleg lite és doge coint farmolok GPUval, csak agyalok bitcoin HW vételén, mert ha megéri, legyen, de vajon.....ez itt a kérdés...mit gondoltok?

Na hát szerintem a KNC-vel csak egy a baj, hogy 2. negyedévnél tartanak a szállítási határidőben és már jó régóta akkorra ígérik, tehát gondolom nem április első hete lesz, sztem olyan június elején örülhetsz majd ha most rendeled. Az meg akkorra már nem lesz nagy kaszinó szerintem.

Amúgy ugyanez a helyzet a 280X-es kártyákkal is, vennék még, de nem tudok, nincs, vagy csak azok a változatok, amik 30-40% többe kerülnek mint egy MSI. Most épp a vertcoinnal szemezgetek, amúgy lite coint farmolok még egy rig-el (4 db MSI 280x + 2 kisebb kártya 2x150 kh/s-el), de ahogy lesz végre 280X megint, még egy rig-et építenék. Amúgy itt ki mit farmol? Már aki nem bitcoin-ozik
