There will be no refunds, any money TH get by way of refund will go the same place as the rest of the money in their pocket.
Good luck, I hope for your sake's I am wrong but they have never responded other than negatively to any refund request so what makes you think they will suddenly start giving them out voluntarily?

I'm not attempting to attract anyone into anything, and Terrahash is not taking orders. I'm a customer waiting for my boards. And, I'm someone that doesn't appreciate trolls...
There is often two sides to a discussion, if the other side doesn't agree with you that doesn't make them a troll - that is a weak argument because you have nothing else.
I placed an order and even though I was smart enough to get a refund much earlier I did invest time in this venture and so did the previous poster who you disagree with. That entitles me to post whatever I like based on my experiences with TH for the good of all others who need to know what a shady outfit they are.

I am sorry son that is not the reality, the reality is they screwed you over, they do not issue refunds as promised unless forced, they do not even respond to support requests and they have not delivered any product, not even close!
You can be a fanboy all you wish and say la la la, but it won't change anything. The people who already got out just realized sooner than you did, no need to be bitter.
Find a way to get out, don't wait around for a product that if by some miracle it arrives won't even make a fraction of ROI.

Unfortunately TH is very sluggish in this - I tried to make a deal with btceic and another member with no success...
If KnC succeeds along with Bitfury and maybe AMC and/or labcoin, I don't think I will look again back at TH...

fyi all, I received my full refund today with no dispute by terrahash, (they never replied to the claim) and as previously stated will now stfu about it, which I am sure many of you will be happy about.

If you placed an "PRE"order for an undeveloped product of ANY kind with a delivery date, then you should expect maybe around 1 or so updates per week until they finally have all the parts delivered.
If you pre-ordered and can't take a week of silence before getting a preorder, that just means you should stick with a savings account and try to earn some measly interest on your money because mining isn't for you.
It seems like there a two different kinds of people in here.
People that understand businesses, refunds, and the hours they operate. (These people don't have any issues with Terrahash)
People that don't understand any of the above and try calling non-work hour, sending tickets in with incorrect information, trying to use Terrahash as a hedge for their coins, etc... (These are the vocal idiots in this thread that are having issues)

If you are going to advise people where they should invest what probably is a lot of money to them then lets see some credentials and facts.
The facts are as I see it that TH have broken multiple promises and are ignoring their customers or if you prefer investors - both have a right to not be ignored or lied to.
If you count occasional two line updates as feedback then all I can say is you have more money than sense.
This whole deal is completely over, they sounded like the real deal for a short time - they are not, it is clear!
The couple of fanboys on here who keep posting positive stuff about them or slagging off detractors have low post counts and are likely aligned with TH either Amir himself or friends or just people too greedy to not see the truth.

How long should one wait after requesting a refund before opening a PayPal dispute ?
Dumb question but in what fashion are starting the first cancellation request to TH? is it through the contact support tab, on website,,,or direct email through the: help@terrahash.com..... Did this twice - they do not respond, they ignore the ticket. Go ahead and open one but also open PayPal dispute/Claim
My TH refund experience:
Started on approx June 24 late at night.
Finally got my refund today. PAINFUL and HORRIBLE process with TH in my case. Now that i got it i will post.
I had originally asked in a paypal dispute. Did not know about ticket system for refunds. Note if you open a dispute it will automatically mark you as refunded on thier site this is not true! Don't get false hope out of seeing it there, its automatic with a paypal dispute with their system.
After i read about ticket system on here, put in multiple tickets asking for help. No response given in timely manner. Turned into claim once paypal would let me. The claim triggered a response on one of my tickets. At this point finally got a response from TH they basically threatened me in email saying close claim or let paypal decide it. They had no interest in working within paypal for my refund, only to get a claim closed against them (dispute they didn't care about it seemed only claim got any attention).
So at this point had claim opened. Waiting for TH to respond within paypal with their side so paypal could judge case. They never even responded, so had to wait till their timeline was over to submit their side.
Finally today was able to call paypal since TH's time had expired on responding. Paypal ruled in my favor. The money is on its way back and will be spent in another venture.
So final thoughts took me from June 24th to July 5th to get my money back. Hope your refunds go easier then mine, and if not i feel your pain!

thank you for sharing, i am going through the exact same process. I will not comment until i have received refund but it's pretty clear what th is doing now. All doubts removed.
Ditto, I am having the same experiences getting a refund, anybody on here who ordered through PayPal I would be requesting refund whilst you still can.
Time to file for refund with Paypal - I am out!
