It has been roughly 9-10 hours since it has been down. I notice this last night and thought they were just doing maintenance.

Was there a slow down today or something? I originally had only my single 6970 mining on BTC Guild then today I decided to add my second 6970 but it seems my Bitcoins earned is lower then that of a single 6970 from the last two days.
You're cashing out half a bitcoin worth of USD via moneypak? You know those cost $10 on Tradehill correct?
Edit: In terms of speed, I wouldn't expect a moneypak to be instant. In order to get one, someone who works for TradeHill must physically go buy one, then copy the code to you. It isn't something you can get online.
I have more bitcions but I wanted to see how reliable TradeHIll is so basically I was testing out the system before giving them more of my money. It has been 24 hours since I have requested my MoneyPak and so far nothing. I just hope that this is not a scam but they are backlogged. However they still havent' responded to my email.

I sold half a bitcoin on tradehill yesterday which was quick but I chose to payout in moneypak and i have yet to receive it!
Hey, my 6970 is oc'd to 975/333 at stock voltage. I get about 410 mh/s and it runs about 78ish degrees max. Is your card an XFX as I've heard of issues with not getting as high as overclocks due to the poor fan. And I use -v -w128 -f0 on my 6970 on GUIMiner.
Edit: Mine is a Sapphire 6970.
I don't understand why people tone down their memory. with 900/690(1380) and I'm getting 400 mh/s
I had to put all PCI-e slots into x1 mode in BIOS on one of my P67 rigs. Otherwise it would say the video BIOS wasn't invoked. After that 4 cards worked.
That's because P67 without the NF200 chip has a limited bandwith compare to X58.
My 6950 does 330Mh/s my 6970 does 356Mh/s and this is clockt to 930Mhz. My test-setup is Win7 with catalyst 11.5 and GUI-Miner.
In the wiki they all are using vectors, that works on my 5xxx cards but my 69xx all slow down if I enable vectors. Is the a problem with poclbm2011.beta4, are they stupid or am I?
Thx
Without using the -v -w128 flags I got the same speeds.
I get the POST code error 2b when trying to boot with an Ati HD5870.(graphic card is from ATI not other company) My system is:Gigabyte GA-EX58-EXTREME, I7-920, 6GB Corsair DDR3 ram and PSU is Corsair 620HX. I have tried BIOS version F12 and F13Q and still the same error.
I have tested the graphic card on another system and it boots ok. With a 500w noname PSU.
Any help/suggestions?Thank you
P.S. Error 2B means "Invoke video BIOS" (from MB manual)
Wow this is a rare error to see. I assume you made sure that the card was all the way in right? Did you reset the entire board by turning off the powersupply then taking the battery off?

Re: Trying to figure out how to CrossFire my GPUs HELP!!
i restored the bios to defaults and it still wont boot up. I tried it like that with and without the monitor plugged in twice and with 2 different ones. Anything else anyone can think of to do? Thanks for all your help!
Was there any thing in the BIOS for the second PCI-E Slot or anything for it. I swear there was something about it before. Also look at the slot, any debris in it?
it still oc better, have more vram for gaming, and is quiet (believe me, those shapphire 1GB are LOUD)
I don't disagree with that, I just disagree with shader unlock with the original poster wanted a lot it seemed. Right now the 6950 are a toss up with a lot of newer ones not being able to unlock. Also bios switch is use to tell reference design, one of the key parts is the actual core itself. I own the DCIi and TWin Frozr 6950 and love them better then my stock 6970
Okay, so unlock is not guaranteed in both cards but currently I can buy the ASUS 1GB DCII cheaper than the 1GB Sapphire. So I guess Asus is better, no ?
Definitely! Better cooling and overall design then that of the sapphire. 2GB shouldn't matter for mining but if you plan to use it later on for gaming then it might matter depending on resolution

you can't unlock shaders in those 1GB versions, they lack bios switch and bios is reported as read only (i check many oc forums, tried -f switch with ati flasher etc.)
I seen some unlock and I seen some that haven't been able to unlock. However these cards do overclock pretty well so you do get speed in return and lower fan noise!

Re: Trying to figure out how to CrossFire my GPUs HELP!!
im not sure i know how to do that. would that restore process be through the boot-up access or some other way?
I use to have the same board and for the love of me I can't remember the settings in it! It is an option in the BIOS to restore defaults or something similar like that near where you save the bios settings. Yes it will reset everything including boot-up order. There is also something else, look around and see if you find any setting for PCI-E slots.
