As this is a copy of pretty much all GR coins, before block 720 the reward is 4 per block (with 20% going to devs) after block 720 the reward will go up to 5000 (well technically 4000, since 20% dev fee)
Smartnodes will be enabled on block 5761 and require at least 10 smart nodes on the network to enable nodes. Looks like 700k coins are required for a node.

Also in regards to POS, I thought POS was only due to get 1.1 coins per POS.
how come the rewards are increasing and then resetting to 1.1

I was after an API to list all topics of a specific forum. It this something that is easily do able with ninjastic.space?

I would agree with this, especially in this instance.
Zip file is password protected so you cannot scan the file until you unzip it, file was unzipped and the 123KB file expands to 680MB so it cannot be scanned by VIRUSTOTAL.
(P.S. this was performed on a isolated VPS to confirm if the wallet / miner was safe)
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING THIS.
