Click on his name in one of his posts to be sure you have the correct makoto1337.. Then press the send pm button.
Hopefully everyone will double check the name. There are Never Enough Makotos, because there's only one

i want to start delegate harvesting and there was an error message " Maximum number of harvester allowed on this server has been reached"
So i can´t harvesting and generate blocks?

samething happened to me.
I closed the wallet and clicked 'Exited and Shutdown' on the NEM icon (w/ right click) in the taskbar [windows]. Then I opened Wallet again and viola.
but not for me...
I would just restart my computer.
Delete cache , restart computer, download and install NEM again , Maybe it's work.
sometimes reinstall JAVA8
