It is needed before ICO, not when you attend the conference on 13 of july (if you really get there... ).

What are you talking about? A lot of people having bitcointalk accounts do not post here. Some registered just to tell about inadequate behaviour of your telegram admin and to warn people.

P.S. It is good that Ion chain decided to reveal more info about the team in the next week report if it's true.

I also consider this project as a scam. Not only admin in telegram group, but also ionchain guy here tell nothing about the qustions being asked by people.

I also got banned in Ionchain telegram group. I did not spread FUD, I just wanted to get addional information about team from admin.
I used single telegram account and noone else was writing them from same IP.
Why don't they answer? Why do they delete questions? Why do they ban people?

There is still a possibility that they just don't know how to act themself with potential investors. Or they just don't care because they are rasing rather small amount of money and probably will get it no matter what.
Anyway, the risk is too high in my opinion.
