8 core 3.2ghz 8gb ddr3 ram normal HDD sync time 4days

Seconde running as proxmox container 4 cores 2.2ghz 72gb DDR 3 ram and ssd sync time 14 hours

Which is the best pool to solo mine litecoin and play a bit in the lottery

This may be a stupid question but google didn't help so sorry if this was asked a 1000s times but

If pool 1 is dead the antminer switches to pool 2 but what if pool 1 is alive again will it automatically switch back to pool 1 or stay at pool 2 until I reboot it?
