Re: Bitcoin - Can it boost or break a countries economy?
by

maybe the government is afraid of the negative effects of bitcoin such as money laundering, for example, especially now that the level of corruption is higher and the government has the duty of controlling and regulating, besides each of their decisions adheres to the applicable law, they will indeed be firm if bitcoin became a currency and used as a daily transaction tool to replace fiat because it might increase the inflation rate and it was clear that it violated the law but what I know now is that many countries recognize and accept bitcoin even though it is an investment asset, so I don't think the government doesn't understand or rejecting the advancement of technology and bitcoin, but they only want to maintain economic stability by holding on to existing laws, even though the law should be more flexible and the government must be open and responsive to new things, especially blockchain and bitcoin technology

Re: Can my economy be fulfilled in the future with Bitcoin?
by

if according to expert bitcoin analysts, now is the right time to buy bitcoin as a whole because it is predicted that starting in 2021 the bullish market will start, but there are also those who predict that before the price increase occurs, bitcoin will experience a decline in price to $ 1200 it's just a prediction, if I may suggest buying now, there is no definite guarantee on this investment maybe the bullish market will come sooner than predicted

Re: BITCOIN GLORIOUS DAYS MIGHT JUST BE HERE

I still think that people's view of the dollar and bitcoin is still different, especially for people who lack knowledge of technology, if the price of the dollar really collapses, I believe that people will replace it with fiat money in other countries, maybe yuan or euro. bitcoin is still considered a high-risk coin, and there are still many of them who consider bitcoin only a coin of investment assets not currency, so the conclusion of the collapse of the dollar does not guarantee that people switch completely to bitcoin because cryptos and fiat currencies can only be used side by side instead to replace each other.

in the country where I live, whatever form of gambling is strictly forbidden, if someone uses bitcoin to pay for gambling online and the government knows it, I am afraid it will adversely affect other bitcoin users, the government might make strict laws regarding the existence of bitcoin do not like gambling, it would be much wiser if we use bitcoin for positive and useful things, at least it will also have a positive impact on the existence of bitcoin

Re: Study says 79% of cryptocurrency event attendees are men
by

maybe it's true there are still a few women who join the crypto currency, this might have something to do with mindset, mentality and tradition, like this ... in crypto we are tungtut to be able to control emotions, dare to take risks and master technology well, whereas that not the nature of a woman, women tend to prefer something that is certain and does not want to take risks, rely more on feelings (emotions) so that it is easy to stress and position themselves not as breadwinners so that the interest to plunge in the world of business and technology is still low ... currently gender equality has occurred in all fields (women are now able to work in any field) but maybe in crypto the percentage of female enthusiasts is still inferior to men and it is still considered something natural and not a big problem of course

Re: Crypto as a payment method for goods: what to expect in 2019
by

making bitcoin as a means of payment means making it a currency, it can be done with the sophistication of technology, everything can happen, but I'm sure now, everything applies only to the community, not yet used freely, because it's difficult, there are still many countries that can't accepts bitcoin as a currency and accepts it only as an investment asset, because it's too regulatory default.
For this year in the future, certainly there are no clear predictions, the market is still at a place, there is no sign that prices will rise, while FUD and other negative news are increasing, to be an investment asset, I am still a leader, bitcoin is able to attract new investors especially to be a currency, for now it all feels far away

That also happened in my country on February 9, yesterday, critpo was legitimately admitted and could be traded on the exchange but only as a futures investment asset, my country still could not make bitcoin a currency or a transaction tool because it was against the applicable law, but I am optimistic that this is a good start, every thing needs a process and regulations can sometimes change, although it seems impossible but at least my country has admitted it, and hopefully has a positive impact on the market, which I see even though there is no significant price increase but at least the price Bitcoin is currently not touching the lowest point

Re: Quadriga CEO Death - Real or fractional banking?
by

on 14/02/2019, 07:31:41 UTC
yes, the news of Gerald Cotten, quite a stir, many people consider this a game or forgery of death because of his sudden death, but from here we must study in a life of trust that is very expensive in value, and absolute trust is only in ourselves, there is no one we can trust completely. And from here we can conclude the weakness of crypto currency investment is like death, coins can be lost at any time and the worst thing cannot be predicted even for the next second. I am also quite surprised by this news, no matter how sudden his death, there must be a little time for Gerald to tell his wife the key, because it is very important, if everything is dark like this surely the news will develop wildly which raises uncontrolled suspicions

If the story is true, what he does is not entirely wrong, maybe then he gets inner satisfaction, where each person must have different desires and dreams, usually if the money is easily obtained it will also be easy to spend even for shopping something that is not important, but if it happens to me, although maybe I will also do traveling but I consider it like a bonus with reasonable funding details, and that I will do if I have used the money I have to get investment assets that estate like home, land, gold and old age savings, but certainly there is a percentage for me to save in the form of btc to continue investment in crypto again and not stop there, the point is as much as any property that we have wisely use because the property is endless , pleasure is necessary but there must still be control, whatever the circumstances of the logic we must keep on use, so there will be no regrets later

Re: Is small business ready to sell for cryptocurrency?
by
bajingluncat
on 11/02/2019, 00:39:18 UTC
in fact this is still very difficult to apply, even though at present many small shops accept payments using digital money other than cash, but it still uses government digital products or banks instead of cryptos, so even though the crypto currency is already very popular and has become the community but there are many countries that still consider transactions using crypto a violation of the law even though there has been no firm action from the government but it remains an obstacle, besides volatile price fluctuations and no definite controls, making sellers difficult to determine prices and it is difficult to calculate profit (that's an important consideration because no one wants to sell just to lose). but if you accept bitcoin as a payment tool just as a side (as an alternative promotion to attract interest from the crypto user community), that might be one of the reason.

no one is able to predict the price going forward, even though every weekend the price rises slightly and raises expectations, still the price will go down and return to the lowest position, and when I hope I feel this is like a game. good financial funds but if you decide to sell in order to cut losses, it is also not wrong, but if possible I suggest you keep holding your coins because the hope for rising prices is still there, even though mental strength is necessary because of the possibility of disappointment also still big

Re: what should consider before investing in a coin?
by
bajingluncat
on 09/02/2019, 23:44:43 UTC
indeed buying coins that have not yet been finished or are still at the ICO stage, it is very risky, maybe choosing a good coin is the same as when we choose a good project when deciding to follow a bounty, we must pay attention
1. the team behind it, usually a good ICO has a team that is clear and familiar.
2. purpose, the concept and even the picture are not of origin ... all are seen in detail and in detail
3. Time, the price is all clear and open
4. All teams in it work openly, receive input from investors and are able to answer all questions from investors without being covered.
and many more things, which are sure to be accurate and read a lot of the good news through telegram, bitcointalk group. at least we will find a lot of enlightenment because there are many people who have the same goals that can be shared.

Re: what will happens if everyone has own currency, doesn't a bad for Economics ?
by

Current technological developments make people easily create their own coins, but actually it's useless because it's hard to make coins have a price, like the bitcoin trend, young people now prefer to be in front of their computer rather than rough work or being workers, indeed it makes a negative impact on their mentality and the environment of course, sometimes crypto investments make many people become dreamers so they are easily exposed to stress and tend to have unstable emotions, it is bad, but we also cannot blame technology, need education and socialization to control this trend, there must be a standardization of rules, so that only coins are qualified and only people who are competent can create coins, at least the rules still need to be as control so that good things can still

Re: The Indian government is worried that cryptocurrencies may destabilise the rupee
by

Crypto currencies and banks are indeed difficult to walk side by side, especially regarding fiat currencies, competition will always occur and sometimes there will be things that overlap each other, the role of government here is indeed needed to mediate and find a way out even though it has to issue regulations, that's okay, as long as no one is harmed, for now crypto currency users already already feel it is very unwise if the government will ban it and it would be far better for the government to support by giving a forum or regulation that can minimize the negative impact of crypto itself, and I think that must be done by the government of india, standing as a mediator and protector

in my opinion time has nothing to do with the price of bitcoin, and I hope people don't keep comparing it with gold because it's two different things even though it's an investment tool, but so far the price of bitcoin doesn't depend on the price of gold, I'm not sure big bubbles will happen again because the economy and the world crisis are too bad, but that is also not impossible. hopefully there is a positive issue that boosts demand for bitcoin so that the price returns high

Re: On merchants not willing to accept crypto
by

on 06/02/2019, 10:32:24 UTC
indeed there are too many things that hinder the adoption of bitcoin in everyday life
1. traders, even though they are not completely wrong, may be a matter of calculating profits, if using btc, the amount of profit is uncertain
2. Buyers, too many considerations especially if you see prices going up, they prefer to save as an investment tool rather than using it to buy goods
3. government, there is a regulation that only cash issued by central banks is a legitimate means of transaction, is the most important obstacle because it deals directly with the law
4. price fluctuations, price volatility makes people think again to make it an eye
  money
5. security and many other factors that make bitcoin hard to become a full currency.
in conclusion, all right is not an absolute mistake of the trader but the choice is returned to those who have bitcoin itself
