People can't take it anymore. How are you coping with all these deaths and social distancing?

Is the constant media coverage making things unbearable?
on the other hand, frontliners are being killed and being discriminated by the people who dont understand the situation and being selfish. Panic and Fear is the cause of all of this. Please read a reliable source to find out what is happening in the world, read the whole news and not only the headlines. Check who wrote the articles and search if he/she/it is a reliable one. PLEASE, don't kill yourself as there is proof that not everyone can be killed by the virus. In fact, many of them have been recovered.

Deal with it. Some sob compilations collected over the Internet.

-Urban legend said you treat women nice they would reward you handsomely in the end. Debunked!

-The horror story of some well known college run by the billionaire businessmen. Teacher often skip classes, teachers quit job without further notice, students couldn't graduate due to fact that the teachers who quit didn't prepare the paperwork for the exams.

-Teenage find it hard to get laid, they write it on the reddit and attract thousands views, teenage forget their most natural talent, get laid. Sad!

-More and more teenage are resorting to online dating to get laid, they often post nude and cover their face with mask, accepting request from wide range of fetishes from the audience, and they crave attention badly, they crave retweet, followers and attentions.

-Millennials working at low wages, no saving, high rents for their tiny room, often resort to online job to make end meet. Selling their nude is part of their odd job, whether they can sell it, their body and performance ought to be very hot. Working on sweatshop for $400 a month wage (month), and just yesterday lunar new year has spent over $300 on the dinner, talk about inequality. Brb I don't brother with gender problem.

-The myths of Millennials working like a cow, morning working 9 to 5, Uber driver/food panda on the weekend, and online webcam whore at night, or selling junk over the Internet, trading stock on coffee lunch break, or selling rare items for the MMO game. Debunked! Millennials work to dead for the sake of upholding the wealth that's built for the baby boomer, to sustain the top CEOs lavish spending, the top 500 S&P company, the Wall Street expensive fast cars fast houses and fast women, also lavish travel trips/vacations, also to sustain the debt cycle that's left by them.

Have you heard the quote "experience is the best teacher"? We learn new things everyday, from what we hear, smell, see , taste and touch. We learn from our sorroundings. Though school taught us some technicalities, but the most important learning is the one from what we experienced. Since you cannot fully understand a thing if you cannot use it in your life.

I have read some post that in order to get merits you should have quality post. Is there any standard to identify whether your post is in quality or not? Like the length, contents or styles?. I've seen some posts that in my opinion are in quality but didn't get any merit. Is there any other way to get merit?

Re: Do Humans Have Free Will?
by
bananacue
on 04/12/2019, 14:54:12 UTC
The idea of free will originates from the concept that human neurophysiology allows for an individual to make a conscious choice about one's actions prior committing and executing that action. However, where does the "thought" of committing an action originate from?

Many argue that free will constitutes your inner consciousness which allow you to think of doing actions before you execute them. However, if any choice that an individual makes derives from consciousness, which is simply neuronal electrical firings deep within the cerebral cortex, mere repeated biochemical reactions, is that choice actually produced by free will of an individual?

Any thought that proceeds through your consciousness is a mere supplementation to your previous thought. Meaning, anything that you think of is a result of a previous neuronal action influencing another neuronal action producing a thought, which gives the perception of free will. At any given moment, you can't actually say what you're going to think of next until it happens. There isn't any thought process that goes into what you're going to think of next, it just happens.

You can try this experiment yourself. Think of any number randomly in your mind right now. Then ask yourself, at what point during your thought process did you single out that number? What internal factors within your consciousness allowed you to pick that number? Of course, external environmental factors could prime you to pick a certain number, but this doesn't lend credence to the idea that you yourself determined a number based upon your own free will. Point being, you did not and cannot originate the source of the number you just picked.

Any thoughts you had prior to picking your number is the action of firing neurons in which EEG electrical activity rises. This electrical activity within your brain influenced other neurons to fire causing your conscious to derive and produce a number. You cannot pinpoint nor did you control any of these neuronal firings within the process of selecting a number. Does this suggest free will is an illusion?

For free will to exist and for you to make a truly "conscious" decision would be for some you, whatever "you" may be, to be fully aware of all the internal factors within your mind, every neurotransmitter, every neuronal synapse, and every biochemical reaction occurring within your brain and manipulating these factors in order to produce some sort of output. Granted it isn't possible to have access to every neurotransmitter, every neuronal synapse, and every biochemical reaction occurring within your mind, how could free will exist?

The existence of free will, or the lack thereof, fundamentally changes how society should operate. If free will doesn't exist, should criminals be held accountable for their actions? This isn't as crazy as it might seem. The U.S. already accepts the plea of insanity in which an individual is not held responsible for a crime they commit by reason of mental illness. This does not mean the individual is not separated from society, but it does mean the individual is not held liable for their crimes. I am not advocating that we do not hold criminals liable for crimes, however it poses the question of why a criminal may act in the first place and whether any crime committed is truly the result of one's free will or is laid at the feet of determinism.

If you can do what you want, eat what you want, go to the place you want to go or choose what you want without the necessity of getting someone's consent before doing such, then you have a free will. It is about self-choice.

Re: How to prevent fraud?
by
bananacue
on 04/12/2019, 00:44:11 UTC
Billions of dollars are lost every year to occupational fraud or White collar crime. Businesses have been forced into bankruptcy because of fraud. In this day of blurred lines between right and wrong along with an end justify the means mentality, fraud is on the rise. Is your business at risk? Probably so, if you have any employees’, receive deliveries, or have accountants, managers or bookkeepers handle any of your business. To prevent fraud from happening in your company you need to understand the dynamics of this crime.
There are 2 main sources of fraud. The first is internal meaning an inside job usually an employee of the company. The second form is external and this is likely to be perpetrated by an outside vendor or supplier. Most fraud, unfortunately, is an inside job.
The United States Chamber of Commerce estimates that employee theft costs businesses somewhere between $20 and $40 billion per year. As indicated previously not all fraud is committed by employees. Vendors and suppliers can easily scam a business if the right checks and balances aren’t in place and that increases the amount of revenue lost to fraud by a substantial amount.
Who is more likely to commit fraud?
Most fraud is committed by those in the position of authority who have control of information. They are less likely to be questioned. Managers and professionals have the capacity to commit fraud and conceal information relating to it. That, however, does not mean that fraud is not committed by other employees.
Spotting possible fraud ;
The obvious indication is missing funds, but there are other things to look for. Identification of red flags of fraud is the first step in recognizing and stopping fraud. Be aware of the signs an employee might be committing fraud.
These signs may indicate that an employee is perpetrating fraud;
An employee constantly at work, coming in early and leaving late may indicate that something is going on. Be aware that some frauds require constant manipulation of information to remain hidden. If the perpetrator was not at work, the fraud may be exposed
Watch for an autocratic management style that ignores employee complaints or suggestions and discourages criticism of their own actions and their actions are often unaudited.
Key employees having too much control without audit checks
The red flags alone may not be the reason for an employer to take action against an employee. They are, however, cause for scrutiny and further investigation.
Daily there is a very good chance you will read an article in local newspapers about one or more employees caught stealing or unlawfully taking something from their place of employment be it; theft, pilfering, larceny and or outright embezzlement. Every year billions of dollars are lost by businesses nationwide to employee fraud and theft and the number of incidents is rising with small businesses, which usually focus on product development, marketing and sales, are particularly vulnerable.
Businesses can not run properly without its human resources, however, some employees of the company can defraud and with the result of the business suffering losses or even going bankrupt from occupational frauds.
Owners and senior management of small-medium and big businesses have to pay attention to a lot of activities and make a number of decisions each day which may not allow enough time to diligently concentrate on each functional areas, therefore, business requirements to build a solid internal control system to prevent fraud or error.
This system should set out policies and procedures for processing, recording and reporting financial data and securing a company’s assets.
Typically, frauds occur in the following areas;
Accounts receivable — This entails an employee or accomplice diverting customer payments for his own use. This usually involves opening a bank account with a name similar to the company’s name and deposits checks meant for the company in it. Inventory fraud. This involves an employee appropriating business inventory for personal use stealing inventory for resale. This is more common with consumer goods that are small and easy to conceal. In addition to stealing for personal use. Purchasing fraud. High stork businesses are particularly vulnerable to fraud and it is an area that represents the large risk for embezzlement. This usually involves paying invoices to fictitious companies. The employee establishes a fake entity and has it enter into the company’s system as a vendor and then produces invoices from the fake vendor, which get processed. Cash fraud. Company’s cash is an inviting target for fraudulent activities. Employees usually use company checks to withdraw cash directly or pay personal expenses or may skim cash off the top before it enters the accounting system.

Greetings to the world,
I am actually inspired by a public figure in facebook, and it really affect me and make me questioned myself What is school for actually?

As a student, I wonder how can these academics studies will benefit students in their future? Are these complex mathematics problems/ equation will going to have a real life use in the future? It also doesn't make sense to me why school system is forcefeeding all the knowledge in 6 hours per day and then measures all the knowledge you memorize thru a papertest?

What about the students who have a passion in their life but the school is destroying it little by little. Also, school doesn't teach students on how to buy their loans, houses, or any other stuffs that might be useful in their future.

School makes student depressed, suicidal, feel stupid, wanna die, hate life, sick, nervous. Is this what school for? Or maybe I am not just realizing it.

I am an average student, I just feel pity for my classmates who's trying their best but it is not enough. They have dreams but the school is destroying it.  Huh

Ps: English is not my native language.

They say School is our second home but why we can't sleep in class. I thought home is for rest/sleep.

Re: House committee moves bill to decriminalize marijuana
by

on 03/12/2019, 04:19:07 UTC
But think. Decriminalizing isn't the same as legalizing. Decriminalize, but don't legalize. Legalization is almost as bad as criminalization. The difference is the ways it is almost as bad. Rather, decriminalize, and let us be free.

Btw, upon decriminalization, free all the illegal drug users who were never convicted of hurting anyone.

Cool

I have to disaggree. I think discriminalization ang legalization can be used interchangeably. Using marijuana is mala prohibita which means the use of it is not inherently illegal but because of a law criminalizing it, it became illegal. Now changing the law and discriminalizing the use of it can make it legal.  Smiley But of course the most important is to regulate who can use, on what purpose and how much dozage may use.

Re: Health and Religion

Health and Religion

Religion and IQ

High IQ is usually regarded by those that possess it as an unmitigated good. Those gifted with superior intellect are not only smarter, they are statistically more likely to be taller, healthier, and more athletic than average. In his 1920 study on high IQ children Lewis Terman noted that despite these advantages high IQ is not always beneficial. He found that the very brightest often grew up maladjusted in some way suffering from anxiety, depression, personality disorder, or nervous breakdowns.

In Mensa Magazine Bruce G Charlton posited three fundamental disadvantages of high IQ .

Charlton’s triad:
1)   Socialism
2)   Atheism
3)   Reduced Fertility

Charlton argued that IQ is associated with a tendency to embrace socialism, a rejection of religious teachings, and ultimately a declining fertility. The purpose of this essay is to evaluate Charlton’s triad in the context of religion and health. Specifically we will look closely at the potential health effects of atheism.

Religion Health and Wellbeing

Is the lack of religion bad for your health? In a large survey of over 600,000 people Frank Newport and colleagues showed that the very religious not only report higher levels of overall wellbeing they are also more likely to have healthy eating and exercise habits.

https://content.gallup.com/origin/gallupinc/GallupSpaces/Production/Cms/POLL/z1upxzv-xkgpuw2tgm-qzw.gif

Every religion reported superior wellbeing to that of atheist but the largest differences were found in the Mormons and the Jews. These are minority religions each comprising about 1.7% of the US population. Examining these two groups will help us better understand the impact of religion on human health.

Mormon Demographics

Demographically Mormons differ greatly from society at large. Nearly two thirds of Mormons 66% are married compared with just over half 48% of the general population. Mormons have large families with a fertility rate of 3.4 children per woman double that of atheists.

https://www.pewresearch.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/FT_15.05.21_RLSmormon_married640px.png

Mormons may also have some immunity the detrimental effect IQ on fertility. In the general population increasing income (highly correlated with IQ) is associated with both declining fertility and declining religious commitment. In Mormons the reverse is true. Mormon fertility is positively correlated with income and Mormons with higher levels of formal education tend to be more religiously committed.

On multiple religious measures Mormons stand out for having exceptionally high levels of religious commitment. More than nine-in-ten Mormons report a belief in God and that the Bible is the word of God. Mormons are also very observant in their religious practices with more than eight-in-ten praying daily. Mormons strongly support a strict interpretation of their faith and the preservation of traditional beliefs and practices.

Are these demographic differences actually due to the Mormon religion? How can we be confident these are not just population level differences that happen to correlate with religion? To better answer lets take a look at Jewish demographics.

Jewish Demographics

Unlike Mormons who are a young religion and can be looked at as a single group Judaism is one of the oldest religions and has splintered into many subgroups. There are many different branches of Judaism each with unique features. These branches can mostly be grouped into 5 major categories. From most conservative to most liberal these are Ultra-Orthodox, Modern Orthodox, Conservative, Reform, and Secular Jews.

Orthodox Jews believe their sacred scriptures the Torah is the word of God and should be studied and followed. Their customs and behavior is guided by observance of halakhah (Jewish Law). Conservative Jews acknowledge that Jewish writings come from God, but believe that the Law should adapt, absorbing aspects of the predominant culture while remaining true to Judaism's values. Reform Judaism does not hold that the Torah was written by God. The movement accepts the critical theory of Biblical authorship: that the Bible was written by separate sources and redacted together. Reform Jews do not believe in observance of commandments as such, but they retain much of the values and ethics of Judaism. Secular Jews do not affiliate with any major religious group they may or may not believe in God. A more detailed description of these difference can be read here.

When people think of the Jews they often think of famous figures like Allen Greenspan or presidential candidate Bernie Sanders both secular Jews. Secular Jews are often liberal, democratic voters. Orthodox Jews on the other hand tend to be socially conservative, and are more likely to be republican voters.

The Jews as a group are incredibly smart. They consistently rank highest in the world on IQ studies significantly higher than even Asians who are their nearest competitors. If Charlton’s triad of IQ disadvantages is correct then the Jews should be particularly susceptible. Is this the case?

American Jewish Fertility by Religious Current
Religious SectAverage No. of Children per Woman
Ultra-Orthodox6.72
Modern Orthodox3.39
Conservative1.74
Reform1.36
Secular1.29

As Jews leave orthodoxy it appears their fertility plummets. The Ultra-Orthodox are a group who are similar to the Amish in that they have partially separated themselves from the outside world choosing to live in isolated communities. They have a fertility rate of 6.72 which is similar to Amish fertility rates . Modern Orthodox Jews strictly adhere to their faith but simultaneously advocate engaging with the outside world especially higher education. The Modern Orthodox fertility rate 3.39 is nearly identical to that of Mormons. The Modern Orthodox have a similar philosophy to that of Mormons in that they advocate engaging with the outside world as much as possible while maintaining strict adherence to their religious code. As Jews move away from their historic religious tradition their fertility plummets. Secular Jews have a shockingly low fertility of 1.29 among the lowest in the world. For the Jews it appears the detrimental effects of high IQ are very real and that traditional religion offers some protection.

Toxicity of the Modern World

In Brave New World, Aldous Huxley envisioned a future where the masses were rendered infertile and controlled with pleasure and drugs. Is that the world we live in now? Anyone over that age of 25 may not realize how far traditional courtship and dating has been undermined by modernity. The tinder generation is being conditioned to swipe right on their onscreen app and meet up later for random sexual gratification. This phenomena has been described by Vanity Fair as nothing less than a dating apocalypse.

In Colorado long acting implantable contraceptives which a render women infertile for up to 10 years and require a doctor’s visit to remove have been implanted in 26% of young women age 15-24 as of 2013.

In 2015 an advisory body to the US Department of Health and Human Services recommended that Medicaid examine how often doctors are using “most effective” or “moderately effective” contraception. Only contraception deemed “highly effective” or “moderately effective” (Long acting implantable or long acting injections) would be included in the proposed measurement. Doctor’s with a low percentage of young patients using such contraception would presumably be rated as giving lower quality care.

We appear to be living in a “Utopia” of declining fitness and capability. An age of existential exhaustion manifested by an ageing, hedonistic society characterized by declining marriage, and near zero children.

Sin is the Situation

Quote from: Bruce Charlton
Sin is the situation where how we feel is ultimate human reality, and how we feel is known to be contingent and means nothing.
Sin is to embrace this nothingness as reality, to propagandize that nothingness is reality, to denigrate anything which saves us from nothingness.
*
And that is the reason we need to be ‘saved’.
And this is the reason why we cannot save ourselves.
We need to be saved from nothingness, and from those who brainwash us into a belief in nothingness, and from ourselves who propagate that reality is nothingness.
*
Sin is to embrace nothingness

Modern society is a mechanism for inculcating bad habits, especially the habit of seeking instant pleasure, intoxications and distractions; a habit of regarding ourselves as passive recipients for ‘entertainment’. A devout life is not so much about a flash of understanding but is mostly a matter of using insights into truth in building-up good habits; and this can be influenced by our will. A devout life enables one to build these habits and most importantly successfully pass them on to our children.

Quote from:  Terryl and Fiona Givens
Whatever sense we make of this world, whatever value we place upon our lives and relationships, whatever meaning we ultimately give to our joys and agonies, must necessarily be a gesture of faith. Whether we consider the whole a product of impersonal cosmic forces, a malevolent deity, or a benevolent god, depends not on the evidence, but on what we choose, deliberately and consciously to conclude from that evidence… If we decide to leave the questions unanswered, that is a choice; if we waver in our answer that too is a choice: but whatever choice we make, we make it at our peril.

What we choose to embrace, to be responsive to, is the purest reflection of who we are and what we love. That is why faith, the choice to believe, is, in the final analysis, an action that is positively laden with moral significance.

In the end you must make a choice:

Wallow in the degradation of modernity

Or

Celebrate purity of the human spirit

Your choice is one that echoes through time influencing not only your life but the lives of your children and grandchildren as well.
Choose Wisely

Edit: It is clear that a few posters were angered by the original title of this post. As the goal of this post is not to attack or denigrate but to inform and share knowledge I have selected a new and less inflammatory title.

Edit #2: For the vast majority of my adult life I have been agnostic perhaps even borderline atheist. I never considered God in any serious way or let thoughts of God or religion have any meaningful impact on my plans and actions. Over the last three and a half years I have gradually come to realize that I was very mistaken. I was not evangelized or converted in a house of worship. I never would have responded to such overtures for my mind was closed to them. Instead God entered my life by opening my eyes to the simple logic and reason of his existence. It was a journey that started in a desire to understand the unhealthy aspects of our modern society and ended with the clear realization that a genuine faith and acceptance of God is not only necessary but a logical conclusion for any self-aware consciousness. On what grounds do I make this bold claim? Well if you are curious I have linked the reasoning in a chain of ten posts. The first link is immediately below.

See Religion and Progress for more.

Everyone has their own belief. Everyone has the right to believe in anything and a right not to believe. I think religions do not require IQs in order to understand the teachings as long as you believe. No one can ever top the One above for He is perfection. I believe in God and I don't know how much my IQ is cause I dont try to measure such. Can you suggest a reliable test for IQ?  Grin

The only people on the rich list are the parvenus like Bill Gates and Jeff Bezos. The really rich seem to hide their money in various trusts, and avoid paying taxes on their wealth. I read a report by an ex-banker who estimated that almost half of the total wealth of the world is controlled by the City of London. Of course this is done through a variety of trusts in tax havens such as Jersey, The Cayman Islands and others. Property is hidden by using a hierarchy of holding companies and trusts ( a British invention ). There is even a name for it, it is called "The veil of Tiers".

I think, they hide their wealth for safety purposes. Since money can attract robbers.

Ok, don't throw me into the same basket for the believers of conspiracy theories.

I believe Earth is NOT flat. I don't believe there are aliens in Area 51.

But this question is factually not very convincing and it is, did we actually land on moon in 1969.

There are many compelling evidences, facts etc that proves that indeed we landed on moon.

But even in 21st century where there an accident with Kalpana Chawla who merely went to space and came back, it sounds too good to be true that in 1969, we landed on the moon which is around 300000 kms or 186000 miles from the Earth with those time of technologies and successfully came back. Remember, the first apple computer was launched in 1976.

I'm not saying we didn't, I'm just saying that it's not really a question that can be debunked like other theories which says Earth is flat.

I also thought that technology back then isn't more develope to support the landing on the moon. I mean it is possible as of today but at that time I think its impossible

You only get one body, the way you treat it today goes along way to determine your health in the long term. What if you were allowed to have just one vehicle your whole life? You'd have to take care of it, change the oil, filters, tires, decide what fuel source is best and a lot more. This might seem like the best comparison, but cars have easily replaceable parts.
These are a few health tips. I added some links so you could read more about your health.

1. Drink Water.

2. Hand washing is a life saving routine of the last century. https://globalhandwashing.org/about-handwashing/history-of-handwashing/

In Singapore, no one is allowed to have gun - only the authority (police etc) can have. Thus, there is no need to be afraid that someone would came into your house and start shooting. You say the police? Well.. Singapore wain the top ten least corruption list 2014..

So, I think other country should implant the same law Singapore have. No one should be allowed to have gun.

Singapore banned chewing gum and will also cane you for not flushing a public toilet. Sounds like laws every country should aspire to.

I agree, I think guns are for people with authority. Yes, individual wants to own guns for their safety or self defense, but I think it is unnecessary. But the government cannot control who may own gun since there are gun smugglingvand illegal selling of guns everywhere

Re: The difference between science and religion

Christianity for example has lasted more than 2000 years. On what basis then do you say that it won't be around in the next 1000 years?

Egyptian gods were worshiped for a few thousand years. Now gone. Greek gods. Now gone. Old Norse religion. Gone. Semitic religion. Gone. Mesopotamian religion. Gone. Babylonian. Gone. Celtic polytheism. Gone. Etc. Etc. Etc.

The number of extinct religions vastly outnumbers the number of practicing religions. On what basis then do you say that Christianity will still be around in 1000 years, especially since we are proving more and more of Christian doctrine demonstrably false?

We believe in religions based on bibles
We believe in science based on evidence
But there are things that cannot be explain by science, like how this world started, that only bible can tell since all theories about the beginnings has not yet been proven

Re: LEGAL "FACTS" MOST PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW, BUT SHOULD

A few days ago I posted the below stuff into a self-moderated thread. The owner moderator took the post down. My thoughts are that when such a moderator takes posts down, that part of the reason is that it might be too  relevant in some way.

I took the below from a website called "Stop the Pirates" - http://stopthepirates.blogspot.com/. Since then the site as been reduced in size to only a fraction of what it was when I was there then. And the below info isn't included in the site any longer.

Maybe it is just a hint for me to stop posting the info. But here it is again. And. I have taken it under fair use. I have posted the source site, above, even though they have taken this info down.

What I am looking for is comments regarding the below info. Is it right? Is it wrong? Has it been discarded in law? Has it been overruled by various court cases? Are the legal sites accurate? What does anyone think? The points are numbered, so it should be easy to answer them point-by-point.

1. The IRS is Not a US government agency.  It is an agency of the IMF (International Monetary Fund) (Diversified Metal Products v I.R.S et al.  CV-93-405E-EJE U.S.D.C.D.I., Public Law 94-564, Senate report 94-1148 pg. 5967, Reorganization Plan No. 26, Public Law 102-391)

3. The United States has NOT had a Treasury since 1921 (41 Stat. Ch 214 page 654)

4. The U.S. Treasury is now the IMF (International Monetary Fund) (Presidential Documents Volume 24-No. 4 page 113, 22 U.S.C. 285-2887)

5. The United States does not have any employees because there is no longer a United States! No more reorganizations. After over 200 years of bankruptcy it is finally over. (Executive Order 12803)

6. The FCC, CIA, FBI, NASA and all of the other alphabet gangs were never  part of the U.S. government, even though the “U.S. Government” held stock in the agencies. (U.S. v Strang, 254 US491 Lewis v. US, 680 F.2nd, 1239)

7. Social Security Numbers are issued by the U.N. through the IMF (International Monetary Fund). The application for a Social Security Number is the SS5 Form. The Department of the Treasury (IMF) issues the SS5 forms and not the Social Security Administration. The new SS5 forms do not state who publishes them while the old form states they are “Department of the Treasury”. (20 CFR (Council on Foreign Relations) Chap. 111 Subpart B. 422.103 (b))

8. There are NO Judicial Courts in America and have not been since 1789. Judges do not enforce Statutes and Codes. Executive Administrators enforce Statutes and Codes. (FRC v. GE 281 US 464 Keller v. PE 261 US 428, 1 Stat 138-178)

12. Social Security is not insurance or a contract, nor is there a Trust Fund.  (Helvering v. Davis 301 US 619 Steward Co. v. Davis 301 US 548)

13. Your Social Security check comes directly from the IMF (International Monetary Fund), which is an agency of the United Nations. (It says “U.S. Department of Treasury” at the top left corner, which again is part of the U.N. as pointed out above)

18. America is a British Colony. The United States is a corporation, not a land mass and it existed before the Revolutionary War and the British Troops did not leave until 1796 (Republica v. 31. “We are human capital” (Executive Order 13037).  The world cabal makes money off of the use of your signatures on mortgages, car loans, credit cards, your social security number, etc.

32. The U.N. – United Nations – has financed the operations of the United States government (the corporation of THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA) for over 50 years (U.S. Department of Treasury is part of the U.N. see above) and now owns every man, woman and child in America.
The U.N. also holds all of the land of America in Fee Simple.
The good news is we don’t have to fulfill “our” fictitious obligations. You can discharge a fictitious obligation with another’s fictitious obligation.

Cool

There's a doctrine in law which is the doctrine of Ignorantia juris non excusat. its means that a person who violated a particular law cannot make a defense that he is not aware of such law. Because every law is being publish in the newspaper of general circulation before it can take effect, and everyone is presumed to have know such. Thus, he cannot escape from liability thereon and may still be held liable.
