I've the same problem. I send ETH from Bitstamp (18 April) and I never received it. The support said me they needed few days for solve problem. It passed 20 days and nothing. I think it's not serious from them. Pay attention with deposit, specially in ETH!!!

My Verge are blocked since 19 december. Your support never works. What do you think to do? You are a scam
